(Asaka Point of View)
When dinner is done, we eat before heading to bed. When he falls asleep, I get out of bed. I tell my doctors that I am going out and to take care of my darling before leaving. When I get to the base, I check up on everything that is happening before I tell Frey the plan to get more here and then I head to my office. I immediately start going through my stuff with my darling's family. I found his mom's address so I called her since I have a new phone already at work for me to use. It takes only a few seconds before she picks up. Odd. She just picks up on a random number? She must get scammed a lot. I was expecting to have to leave her a voicemail.
"Hello, Mis. I am your son's girlfriend and I was hoping you could visit. I would pay for everything of course so I could meet you." Hopefully, that is a good first impression.
"I don't have a son and neither of my daughters are gay so you must have the wrong number." What? What the hell does she mean? Does she not know? She has to know. Maybe she doesn't. Maybe my darling was too scared to tell her. That's fine. I should just take this slow.
"I'm sorry miss but are you not Maja Kos?"
"I am, how do you know that?"
"Well, I was told when I was given your number. My boyfriend's name is Levar."
"Oh? So she is still in the "I'm a boy" phase. You know, she is a girl. She always has been and always will be a girl and how dare she date a woman. You are just enjoying her. She needs to grow out of that phase. It's disgusting that she is dating a girl." So she knows but doesn't care? How dare she? What is wrong with her? I guess this is why my darling doesn't talk to her. I should kill her. I should end her right here and now but I can't. No. Not now. I can think of better things to do with a waste of air like her.
"Nevermind. I do have the wrong number." I hang up before she could get the chance to respond to me.
That plan clearly isn't going to work but that's fine. I can think of something else. I can't get over how gross his mother is. I leave my off. I stop one of my men and I give them the folder with everything in it.
"Bring her here alive. She can be wounded but make sure she is alive enough to take a bullet in the foot without dying imminently."
"Yes ma'am."
They leave and I take a deep breath. I will be able to deal with her soon. I head into Frey's office as I help her call up everyone to get meetings with them. I tell some of my men that right when they leave for the meeting to take what they hold dearest to them. Some it's family, some it's addictions, some it's food, and some it's family heirloom.
All day I am getting more people to join and help train them. I do have half of them go through basic training while the other half go through training so I know they won't break under pressure, which I am going to have to do the normal training to make sure the top people here won't break under pressure. I can do that tomorrow. I do have bodyguards set up and some people get better positions because of everything to
Once I am done at the base, I head to the police station and I come up with a lie. They let me have off the next few days and have offered to get me a better prosthetic leg as I told them I was working when it happened, which I had enough evidence of, and I used a spy to help me convince them. I head home when I am finally done, tired and ready to eat some dinner with my darling. I can't wait to see him again. Work was a pain. I did get most of the things done that were needed. Anyone that wouldn't talk endlessly I was there, I met up with so everyone else could be dealt with. I made sure it wasn't Frey and that she did have help with the training. I can't have them alone. I also have a bodyguard with her. Which reminds me, my darling's bodyguard should be home by now so he will also be protected. I pull out my phone and I text him that I will be home soon. I can't have him get hurt when I am out working. I don't plan on leaving a lot but when I do I need to know that he will be safe. I do know when we get his mother, I will be out to deal with her and it will be a while.
