(Frey Point of View)
School has ended over in the past few months, so I am on summer vacation. I have been mainly doing whatever back work I have and getting those who got arrested out of jail, which Asaka has helped me with. Asaka is still working as if things are kind of back to normal. She is thrilled when she heads home but she is doing a lot of police work, which I find odd but I know she is doing it to keep her identity a secret from her boyfriend. Plus, it's helping me regain our men so I won't complain. However, she still hasn't told me why and how she has a lion cub. I have never known her as an animal person, endlessly it has to do with her boyfriend. It seems like she would do anything for him. Hopefully, no one finds out about him, if they did, he would be killed. I have been able to get most of what I need to get done, done. I do still have some things to do but at least I can have a small break right now. My eyes hurt from staring at this screen for so long. I lean back in my seat. I wonder what Asaka is doing. She has been extremely stressed working both jobs and taking care of her boyfriend. I wonder if they are dating yet or not. It would make sense from how long it's been. I grab myself some food before I start hearing gunshots. I go to see what's happening with my gun in hand. Someone is attacking. I get others warned about what's going on. I text Asaka to get here but I don't get any response. I get in the middle of it as I keep texting her to get here as I do my best to deal with all of them. I end up having to call them. I hide in a corner away from everything as I wait for her to pick me up.
"Fucking finally you pick up. Listening I don't know what you are doing and I don't really care but you need to get here now. People are dying and I can't hold them off much longer. I don't know how they got here or what they want but they started killing so I have more men fighting back. It does seem like a lot of them are dead from both sizes but I can't tell what is worse. All I know is I have gotten hit a few times. Hopefully, you can get here fast and quietly so you can deal with them from the back because if not, we are screwed."
I hear a kind of agreement sound. Was she asleep? That's why she wasn't answering me. My thoughts are cut off from a bullet just barely missing me. Great, I have to deal with these people as I wait for her to get here. As I wait for Asaka, I get shot in the shoulder. I keep killing everyone around me as I feel my legs starting to give out. I sit on the floor as I keep firing. I do get most in the head as I don't want to waste a bullet if they have a bulletproof vest. I hear someone coming. It sounds like Asaka. I look up at the noise and there she is. She seems to be bleeding a lot. She must have had it worse than me. It doesn't look too bad, which is good but still, that can't be good in any way.
Asaka kills off everyone around me before she picks me up so I am standing. I do lean on her a bit as I stand as my legs still feel a bit weak from the blood loss but I should be good.
"What happened?"
"I don't know. I was just checking up on some things since I have a break from school and then I heard bullets being fired and screaming so I called you but someone came in and stabbed me in the shoulder."
"How much pain are you in?"
"Not a lot. What about you? You seem to be bleeding a lot."
"I will be fine."
"It doesn't seem like it."
"I know but right now, get into my car. I will be there soon."
"What will you be doing?"
"Finishing off the rest of these fuckers."
What the hell is wrong with her? She is going to get killed. Does she not care? I can't keep her alive and I'm not telling her boyfriend what happened. What could she possibly be thinking? "You're going to get killed."
"I'll be fine. Now go."
"I'm not just going just to leave. I'm not letting you get yourself killed."
"It's my job to keep and make the mafia better than it is and you are my siblings so I'm not letting you die on me."
I hear a lot of gunshots getting closer and she walks to it. I should follow her, but then again she seems like she isn't going to take it well if I follow her. She kind of had a good point but she is my only family and I don't know if I can take over if she dies. If I leave she might be able to think more clearly. I stand up straight before walking out, I don't want to but it might be the best choice I have right now.
