Adeline rolled her eyes, clicking her tongue in disbelief.
"Nikolai must be having a hard time as your personal man. I wonder just how he deals with you."
"You really want to know?" Caesar arched a brow, standing up to his feet.
"I wouldn't mind." Adeline shrugged. "I'm sure he must have some kind of insurance on his life with how much you stress him out."
Caesar gave her an emotionless smile and put the light blue-colored t-shirt over her head. "Why don't you ask him?"
"Can I really do that?" Adeline poked her head out of the hole in the shirt and shot him a humorous look. "I'm not sure you'd want that."
"Try me, doll." Caesar took hold of her chin, leaving a quick kiss on the side of her lips. "Let's go." He grabbed her hand, walking her out of the room to proceed down to the last floor with the use of the elevator.
