In Cliffwolf Village of Astaven, Keith and Chigaru finally come face to face.
"Well, well, If it isn't the Commander of the Ghost Bandits, "The Watchdog" Keith Ammizabad."

Chigaru uses his lightning to break out of the wind hold and slowly lands on the ground.
"I wanted to meet you. Your underlying sure did a number on me, but he was limited by his lineage." Chigaru said.
"Why have you come to my village?" Keith asked.
"To collect your head of course." Chigaru said.
"A Bounty Hunter huh?"
"Watchdog, Look at your wanted poster. 15 Million Gols and One Star. Stars show your threat level, and a Five Star Level is a world threat. But you're one star, A potential to be a threat. Meaning I can't fear you." Chigaru said.
"Is that so. But you lost to someone with a lesser bounty and no star." Keith said.
"Tch, You're mocking me. Do you know who I am?"
"Don't plan to know, you'll be dying either way."
"I am Chigaru, The Best Assassin in the Crows Assassination Organisation."
"Like I said, I don't want to know."
Keith lights a cigarette and surrounds himself with wind.
"You'll regret disrespecting the greatest Assassin in the Southern Sea."
Chigaru cloaks his sword in lightning and charges in for Keith. He swings at Keith but Keith blocks it with the wind surrounding himself.
"That won't stop me!" Chigaru shouted.
Keith blasts Chigaru away. Chigaru balances and Keith charges in for him. Keith swings at him but Chigaru blocks.
'This Kid, He's fast.' Chigaru said.
Keith connects a kick sending Chigaru back. Chigaru summons lightning snakes and attacks Keith. Keith cloaks his dagger in wind and cuts down all the snakes.
'He uses his Elemental Magic so well.' "You truly are a World Disaster. I regret underestimating you."
"..."
"Now I'll be coming at you with full force!"
Chigaru charges up and puts on a suit of lightning. He sword also transforms to a spear.
"Be Glad that you get to die at my hands."
Chigaru charges in for Keith and circles him. He appears before Keith and thrusts his spear. The Spear makes it through and Keith evades it at the last second.
"Your Defence isn't absolute, You have a long way before becoming a true Elemental Magic user." Chigaru said.
Chigaru keeps thrusting his spear but Keith evades them all with ease.
"And...? Are you supposed to be a pro at it, You wannabe Assassin."
"Bastard!!"
Keith catches Chigaru's spear and connects a knee to the chest.
"Assassins always keep a calm composure."
Keith connects a hook sending Chigaru rolling.
"Assassins never cause a commotion unless necessary for their sole reason isn't to attract a crowd but kill their target. Take this from me despite being a bandit... You're not fit to be an Assassin." Keith said.
'It's frustrating but he's right. The way I'm operating isn't Assassin like.'
"Allow me to educate you on how reality works."
"You Educate me? You sure full of Jokes, Watchdog!"
Chigaru summons a lightning dragon.
"This is the power of a true Elemental Magic user. Die with your useless pride intact. Lightning Magic: Lightning Dragon."
Chigaru launches the Dragon at Keith.
"Dragon? That thing just looks like a harmless snake."
Keith gets in a stance and slashes the Dragon to two.
"No way..."
"Are you looking, you damn Assassin. This is the power of the man we chose as our Commander." Rakesh said.
"How can a Commoner wield that much power?! This has to be a fluke." Chigaru said.
"I thwarted your plans multiple times, How can that be a fluke." Keith said.
"Shit! Shit! Shit!"
"Now..."
Keith slowly walks towards Chigaru.
"You'll tell me right now who sent you to come get my head."
"We don't reveal our clients to our targets."
"..."
"Lightning Silver Swiftblade Final Form."
Chigaru's Blade transforms to a large lightning Dragon.
"It's all or nothing with this attack. Running away is failure to all Assassins. So just disappear and make my job easier."
Chigaru launches the Lightning Dragon at Keith.
"The Fact that you're magically weaker than me, proves you can never beat me. Let me humble you."
Keith creates a wind tarrasque which consumes the lightning Dragon. Chigaru drops to his knees and is left speechless.
"Not even I knew the Boss was capable of that. I made the right choice selecting him as leader." Rakesh said.
As Chigaru trembles in fear, He remembers his leader's words before departure.
"Don't underestimate him, His Bounty Poster states that he is One of the Thirteen Disasters."
Flashback Over, Chigaru is sweating buckets.
'The Leader was right. Now I see why they're considered Disasters despite their bounties being so low. It felt weird that the Government would throw caution at these newbies.'
"Now that you've tasted the difference between our strength. Are you willing to talk?" Keith asked.
'It is an Assassin's Pride to never run from a battle or reveal their client, but...'
Chigaru remembers the first day he became an Assassin, when he stood over a pile of dead bodies with the enemy's blood on his face.
"I'll keep climbing the ranks till I become the King of the Assassins. I'll prove that that brat does not deserve to sit at the top of hierarchy."

'I have a goal to achieve, to become the Greatest Assassin, Even Greater than Jack the Ripper. So...' "The Current King of Astaven, That's our Client." 'So...I don't wanna die.'

Keith walks towards Chigaru and taps his shoulder.
"You're free."
Chigaru's face brightens up. And as Chigaru slowly smiles, He finds his head falling off from his body.
"Free from this world that is."
'Brutal! He revealed his client did he not!' "So what are you going to do with his body? Give him a burial?"
Keith takes out a paraffin bottle from his pocket and pours it on Chigaru's body. He turns his lighter on and throws it on Chigaru's body, lighting him up.
"Wow, How brutal."
"You should ask the others to clean his ashes, I don't want it to taint the village."
"R-Right."
"Now then, Shall we pay the Capital city a visit. We have a King to punish."
