In Cliffwolf Village, Keith is seated Before a large Graveyard, West of the village.
"Mother, It's me again. I've turned into a real scumbag, and I'm sure you're not proud to have a kid like me. I'm just doing whatever I can for the sake of the village. The Village you loved, adored, and always wanted to protect. So please be with me...and forgive me."
Rakesh approaches Keith in the graveyard on a bike.
"Keith, Let's go."
"Is there a huge problem that you came to pick me up on a bike?"
"There's someone who wants to meet you."
In Keith's Home, A Man with Red hair and white edges dressed in a suit is seated on Keith's couch, sipping a glass of wine with his guards behind him.
"Madam, Your husband sure is taking his sweet time." The Red-haired man said.
"He'll be back soon. He just went to visit his mother's grave." Aanya said.
"What a sweet kid."
Keith walks into his home with his Bandits behind him.
"Keith, You're back."
Aanya runs to Keith and hugs him. The Bandits point their guns red-haired man with guns and his men do the same.
"You, Who are you?"
"Forgive my rudeness, Allow me to introduce myself. My Name is Kieran Walsh, The Third Generation Head Boss of the Walsh Company. I do wish for your men to lower their weapons, we come in peace."
"I knew I recognized him. He's one of the Thirteen Disasters of the World like you." Rakesh said.
"My men will lower their guns if we know what you're after. What brings you to my village?" Keith asked.
"I'm willing to cut a deal with you, My Fellow Disaster." Kieran said.
"A Deal?"
"The Kingdom of Astelaa is a highly protected nation of the Southern Sea. The reason being, The Kingdom is said to be in possession of a rare artifact. An Amulet that carries immense power and bestows blessings upon its wearer. How much do you think such an item would cost?" Kieran asked.
"A Rare and Sacred Amulet, The Sales will be in off the roof." Rakesh said.
"Exactly. Such an Item will sell for millions. Since you guys happened to be the infamous Bandits of the South, I thought I could count on you. Would you mind going to steal it for me?" Kieran asked.
"Huh? Can't you get it yourself?" Keith said.
"We Mafias love to work underground and hate bringing so much attention to ourselves. And besides, I have businesses to attend to, which is not giving me the time I need. And you Bandits sure love to steal dontcha." Kieran said.
"And what if I say I don't wanna?" Keith asked.
"Of course, A Deal isn't a Deal if the other party doesn't receive at the end. The Walsh Company has been the top-running underground company for three generations. If you commit to your part of the real, You'll be paid 50 Million Gols." Kieran said.
"I don't want that money." Keith said.
"You don't want that money, but your village needs it. This is not an offer where I expect an immediate answer. You can take your time. I just wanted us to work together for future world domination as Fellow Disasters." Kieran said.
"Is that so?"
"Now I'll be on my way. Thank you for sparing me the time, Watchdog."
Kieran's men lower their guns and they all walk out of Keith's Home.
"What are we going to do now? It is an enticing offer." Rakesh asked.
"... we'll discuss this with the elders." Keith said.
In the Village Chief's Home, Keith is seated with the elders of the village.
"Keith, You don't always have to speak to us in order to reach a decision." One of the Elders said.
"For the sake of the Village, I speak to those superior." Keith said.
"He really is a good kid. Just like his mother." The Second Elder said.
"You've been married to my daughter for two years now, making you part owner of the village. You don't always have to keep relying on us." Suraj said.
"But what do you say, Keith, Should we trust that man?" The Third Elder asked.
"He's been labeled in the same criminal level as you. You make the decision." The Fourth Elder said.
"Honestly, I don't trust the man or never intended to. But I'd like to see this Amulet for myself." Keith said.
"There, Now we're making progress." The First Elder said.
"If that's what you decide on then forge ahead." Suraj said.
"Yeah."
Meanwhile, At the Entrance of Cliffwolf Village. Two Guards are standing watch, and they see from a distance, a man in a hood walking up to them.
"Hey, Stop right there."
They point the man with guns but they suddenly get decapitated. The man removes the hood and it's none other than Chigaru.
"Humph, How pathetic."
At the same time, Rakesh and Mahendra are seated at a bar, smoking cigarettes.
"Rakesh, What do you think of that Walsh guy?" Mahendra asked.
"I say he's sketchy. Both are classified as Disasters and yet he seeks help. He's plotting something, I hope Keith realizes it." Rakesh said.
They hear noises coming from outside the bar. They run out and they see the villagers running in panic.
"What happened?" Mahendra asked.
"A Few of our Bandits have been taken out." One of the Bandits said.
They see a man with white hair and white skin, walking up to them and carrying a large blade.
"You created your own mini kingdom, It doesn't even look like a village at all. For low-ranking Bandits, I say you're pretty impressive." Chigaru said.
"Who are you?"
"I'm Chigaru, An Assassin from the Crow Assassin Organisation. I'm here for the Watchdog's head."
"Pretty bold of you for wanting to head for the boss without going through us." Rakesh said.
"Oh, I did."
Chigaru leaps for Rakesh and swings at him but Rakesh manages to duck it with his quick reflexes.
Mahendra enhances the strength in his arm and lifts a large boulder. He tosses it at Chigaru but Chigaru swiftly slices it to pieces.
"What's with that blade?" Rakesh said.
"This Blade is One of the 21 Sacred Weapons that have been scattered across the world. The Lightning Silver Swiftblade. It's got fast and swift cuts, making it perfect for Assassination." Chigaru said.
"That so..."
Rakesh draws out two daggers and gets in a stance.
"I'll help." Mahendra said.
"No, Keith is currently in a meeting with the Village Elders. Meaning his wife is vulnerable, Protect her." Rakesh said.
"It's not my style but I'll get it to it." Mahendra said.
Mahendra leaves the scene, leaving Rakesh and Chigaru on their own.
"You should have kept him for backup." Chigaru said with a grin.
Chigaru cloaks himself and his sword in lightning and teleports before Rakesh. He swings blade at Rakesh but Rakesh blocks it and kicks him away.
"You think your two daggers are a match for the lightning Silver Swiftblade." Chigaru said.
"You underestimate me. I who have been placed second in Command." Rakesh said.
N.B: Technically, He selected for himself to be second in command.
"If you wish to go to the Boss, You must go through me." Rakesh said.
"Very well, Make my time worthwhile." Chigaru said with a smirk.
Chigaru summons a lightning storm and Rakesh Emits Mana from within his body.
"What a basic skill befitting a commoner. What can that little trick do against great power?!"
Rakesh teleports before Chigaru, grabs him by the collar, and connects a kick to the guts.
**Cough**
Chigaru swings at him but Rakesh teleports behind him. Chigaru growls and swings back but Rakesh cuts off Chigaru's left arm, rendering it useless.
Rakesh then connects a kick to the head, sending Chigaru rolling. Chigaru balances and attacks Rakesh with lightning spears.
Rakesh dodges them all and blocks the last one. Chigaru appears before Rakesh and thrusts his sword, and Rakesh blocks it.
"You with a bounty not known to the world. How can you hope to best me?" Chigaru said.
Rakesh moves aside, making Chigaru lose his balance. He sweeps Chigaru's leg and tries to stab him but Chigaru blocks it.
"Bandit!!!"
Chigaru cloaks his sword in lightning and pushes Rakesh back. Rakesh balances and Chigaru appears before him and swings at him but Rakesh manages to evade it.
He keeps swinging at Rakesh with his one remaining arm but Rakesh easily evades the attacks. Rakesh teleports away, leaving both daggers floating.
'Where did he go?'
Rakesh appears behind him, and Chigaru swings back but Rakesh teleports away once more.
He appears before Chigaru, Grabs the floating daggers and scars Chigaru in the left eye, and injures his right arm.
'I've never seen a Bandit fight the way he does. This is the way of an Assassin.'
Rakesh drops to a knee and starts panting hard.
"Damn it, Three Minutes is still my limit." Rakesh said.
"Now you have angered me! I'll start by taking your head first!"
"That's enough."
Keith appears on the scene and lifts Chigaru, using the wind.
"An Elemental Magic user in the boonies? You're not actually a commoner are you?" Chigaru asked.
"What do you think you're doing? Bastard." Keith asked.
"That look...If it isn't The Watchdog Keith Ammizabad. The Commander of the Ghost Bandits."
