Hello... uh... person who is reading this far into the future, my name is Jake, I'm an 19 year old high school student... sort of. I recently went out with this girl in my class that I've had this massive crush on for 2 years now, her names Abbie and she's stunning, she's a year younger than me, has dirty blonde hair and is one of the smartest girls in our school, honestly i dont know how i got her to say yes either. We went on our date and it was all going normally, until an all but familiar face showed up, his name was Ben short for Benjamin, he's about my height with very curly brown hair and he always walks around with a dumb smug on his face. Ben was not in our school but I knew him because he was just like me, a celestial... I know I know you're thinking "What the hell is a celestial" and to that I say "IM GETTING THERE!". Ben looked at me with a smug grin on his face and said "So, who's this, your new subordinate? Or perhaps your first follower? Are you finally giving up your roll as the Death Celestial. Admitting that I'm the superior in this reincarnation." Just his presence alone was enough to make me feel grossed out, but I turned to him and replied "This isn't the time nor the place Life Celestial, besides, I'd never give up my title nor would I admit you are stronger than me in any reincarnation, just because I lack knowledge doe-" I felt a tug at my shirt, Abbie looked at me with worried eyes, I could tell she was a bit scared and confused about what exactly was going on, so I turned back to Ben and said "We can continue this conversation another time, for now I kindly ask you to leave, besides, this isn't your domain." Ben chuckled, looked down at the floor and said "You are to weak in your current state to be arguing about domains and territory, however, i will grant your request, I shall leave, but you will see me again soon...". He turned around and started walking out of the mall, the light from the sun almost seemed to ingulf his very presence, making it almost blinding to watch him leave, i turned back to Abbie and she looked at me with an almost disturbed look... "Oh great, I've scared her now haven't I?" I thought, well she hasn't ran away yet so I guess that's a good sign.
