I slowly open my eyes, my vision blurry and unfocused. The familiar ceiling of the shelter comes into view, and I become aware of the soft bed beneath me. As my senses gradually return, I hear hushed voices nearby.
"Look! He's awake!" Sue's excited whisper reaches my ears.
Suddenly, three faces appear above me - Joon-ho, Sue, and Hye-jin. Their expressions are a mix of relief and concern.
"Water," I croak, my throat dry and scratchy.
Hye-jin quickly brings a glass to my lips, helping me take small sips. As I drink, I notice the worry lines etched on their faces, the dark circles under their eyes.
"How long..." I start to ask, but my voice fails me.
"You've been unconscious for almost three weeks," Joon-ho says softly. "We were starting to fear you might never wake up."
I blink in surprise. "Three weeks? What happened?"
Joon-ho exchanges glances with Sue and Hye-jin before answering. "What's the last thing you remember?"
