The current Prime minister of the Empire was born a commoner. Both the Marquis and the Emperor made an Empire full of hoep for the people. So They are known as The Tween Suns Of The Empire. They made a rule that all children of the Empire should go through basic education. If anyone proves to be an obstacle to this rule, they will find them self in the mines for 5 years. Many Nobels found themselves in this situation. They thought it's beneath them to learn under the same roof as a lowly commoners. And so they tried to force the common folk to drop out. As a result the found themselves in mines. Some Nobels tried to bribe the officials, to keep it under the rug. And As a result, the Nobels found themselves serving 10 years in mines and the officials are dead. That's why the lands under the Empire is a paradise compared to other places..
