Our impromptu offer of internship for Hana's Miss was quickly accepted the following day, not so long after she returned 'home', wherever that is.
It was as expected. Nobody would turn down an internship at the Chan Group, especially if you are a university student looking to earn a damn impressive line on your CV, and even better would be if that internship resulted in getting a permanent position down the line.
In a way, it felt nostalgic considering how I somehow ended up working for the Chan Group at a relatively young age as well. It was a bit extreme for me of course, as I got hired directly as our late Chairman's Personal Assistant from day one. Having said that, this new girl who would work as an intern was going to do just that too, and at an even younger age than I was.
