~Four days after being dismissed from the hospital~
The Shimizu family is at home at the dinner table, having an entire chicken with rice as the meal.
"Kyo," says the dad, "I guess I understand that what happened at the park might've been a bad experience, we actually don't really know what happened that made you this scared." He is scratching his head. "Well there was a gun shooting involved, so I guess that it was that, but son, we're here for you." His mom took over. "Kyo, dear, soon we will take you to a nice person soon who will try to help you communicate and talk. Basically a teacher. We would be happy if you'd show us what you've learned and a smile from your face. I haven't seen your cute smile in days, even when you were playing with your sister. And even when you were watching your favourite show." Her desperate words almost made her cry. "Mommy, I think Kyo was happy when playing with Clara and watching his favourite show." She took a big bite of her chicken with her chopsticks. And continued to talk, "Wright Kywo?"
"Clara, don't talk with a full mouth!" The mom commented. But everyone looked at Kyo and he nodded. "Then why won't you smile?" Both parents clenched their fists. Now the dad comments, "If you had your fun, why won't you show it. Just smile, laugh, talk, just ANYTHING!" In the past days, both of them have observed Kyo, to see if he just gets over this silence. They tried everything, but he didn't reply. Like looking at picture books.
"What is this?" His mom shows a picture of a cat. "The only thing he does is point back at the picture.
Another time, his dad picked him up and flew him through the sky, the only thing he did was clap, not another expression. Clara, however, wanted to do it again and again while laughing and screaming. After that Kyo did put his hands up in the air, but everytime he didn't show any expression, nor did he even flash a smile, or smirk.
The mother's tears just fell down, so she hid her face with both her hands, while her husband caressed her back, even though he was equally frustrated.
"Kyo! Look, you made mommy and daddy sad!" This made Clara have tears in her eyes as well. Everyone's crying made Kyo's eyes water also.
All because of him

"Alright Kyo, we arrived at the doctor's house who will try to make you all better! Don't let go of my hand alright? We left Clara home with dad, I know it can be scary without your sister, but you are the brother so you have to learn to be tough alright?'' They entered the building of the therapists. A two-story building connected to houses on both the left and right sides. When they enter they see a reception desk and a big waiting room next to it. They registered themselves and took a seat.
"Don't be scared, okay? I am sure the doctors won't hurt you. Today we are just meeting our own therapist for you and then we will probably play." She smiled at her son and then she looked around. In a whisper she said: "Well I think the meeting is there for me to make me feel at ease."
"Shimizu Kyo? This way please"
They entered a room, which had a large desk with four chairs, two on each side and with a computer on it. Furthermore, they had a shelf with different kinds of books and boxes which looked like different kinds of games.
"Welcome, my name is Nakahara Chinatsu and I will be Kyo's therapist for the time being." She shook hands with both Kyo and his mom. "Nice to meet you, I am Shimizu Kyoka, his mother and this is my son Kyo." A soft smile from Nakahara. "Today we are only getting to know each other so we won't do much in the form of therapy itself, just so you know." Her gaze turned to Kyo. "I want to especially know about you little guy. How old are you?" Kyo held 4 fingers in the air, his index finger to his pinky. "Wow, that's great! You already know how to count. How many people are in the room?" 3 fingers. "Awesome! How many boys?" He only showed his index finger. "And how many girls? 2 fingers. "I'm sorry, but may I ask what these questions are for?" Kyoka, the mother asked in suspicion. "Well, since Kyo is still a kid I want to know his intelligence level before I can make decisions on what I am going to work on with him. It would be boring for him if I tried to make him learn letters when he already knows them. Even if he still doesn't try to talk, I will try to help him have other types of communication that will fit him." This made Kyoka feel at ease. "I thank you very much, I will leave him in your care then." A slight bow. Kyo mimicked his mom and also bowed. "So this means that I will be like a teacher for him outside of school and home. If there is anything else I should know please tell me."
"Thank you very much."
The session continued for another hour and after that they went home.
"Kyoooooooooooooooo!!" Clara ran to her brother and jumped to hug him, which made both of them fall right in front of the door. "Clara! You shouldn't suddenly jump on your brother!" Their dad remarked.
"But he missed me too, look we're both hugging!" The cheeks of the twins are rubbing against each other, while they hold each other tightly. A relieved smile from the parents, "Alright now you two let's make ourselves ready for something to eat, dad and Clara made something special." And he led the family inside.

"Kyo, how was the doctor?" Clara asked while they were stapling blocks.
A thumbs up.
"Great!! You know Kyo, I would really like to talk with you again. I miss you screaming my name." She looked up to the tower they built. "I don't know why you're like this, but I will beat anyone who bullies you because you don't talk!" Clara had a stern look in her eyes, and bawled both of her fists, "I am plenty strong you know!" Kyo stood up from the ground and embraced her. squeezing her. He let go and found a piece of paper and a pen.
Tank Yu Clala
Clara, seeing this, gave her brother the same type of hug as he did earlier.
"Yay!!"
