After that incident with Zeref, everything was a blur. It seems like my body had not recovered enough to face the aura of Zeref easily so after he went away, I fainted.
All I remember was Zeref vanishing into darkness using some kind of teleportation magic, after that I felt something flowing from my nose and then others quickly moving towards him for some reason and then everything went black.
While he fainted, the others decided to pack up things and move back to the guild to get treatment quickly. Meredy had training from Porlyosika for some time so with it she was able to find out that the problem was extreme exhaustion, so they reached the docks and managed to get the medicines for it as well. This delayed their travel by two days by which I woke up on a carriage moving towards Magnolia.
"What happened?" Karna asked as the last thing he remembered was fainting. Ur answered
"Well kid, it seems that exhaustion you got after fighting the demon and then facing with the aura of that scary guy overloaded your body in a way that the exhaustion came back. So, we made sure to get you a few potions that cured it
Thought the doctor advised us not to use potions for your magic and only on your physical capabilities and wait for it to recover by its own"
After hearing from Ur, I checked my body and found out that in the case of physical capabilities, my body is almost recovered and within some time it will recover completely. But the case of magic is pitifully low. I used the bit I recovered to check my body and found no problems that can't be taken care of with a few hours of rest or in the case of magic, a few days of rest.
As I checked, I saw all my friends giving me a worried look along with curiosity. I guess my talk with Zeref might have raised a lot of questions for them. Well, I guess I can answer a few of them.
I sighed
"All right ask your questions. I can't tell you everything, but I can tell a few"
Erza who was driving the magic carriage was the first to ask
"Karna in all my years, I have never seen you worried as when you met that man. Can we know who that is?"
Man, she hit the nail on the head. Almost everyone looked intently at me for that answer. I looked around to see if anyone else is there.
"There is no one around" Grey replied
"Yeah" Natsu replied

How's Natsu able to speak. Then I saw him by the window of the carriage being carried outside by Happy. If Natsu's saying there's no one around, you can trust that.
"Listen the information about that man is one of the highest secrets ever kept in the kingdom. Neither the council nor the king knows about it. So, if I tell you that, you will have to keep it under wraps as the fact of that man alive and walking will lead to lot of troubles"
"Is that guy that much dangerous?" Lucy asked surprised
I nodded and then spoke
"The man you met today was Zeref the black wizard"
The carriage immediately stopped, and Karna fell forwards and smashed his head on the floor. Happy lost focus and his wings vanished making him and Natsu crash on the ground. Everyone else too was surprised and were not able to get back in balance and some fell on the inside of the carriage while others fell on the outside. But none of them registered the pain or shock of the accident but they shouted out
"WHAT!!!!"
After a few minutes of explaining the basics while with holding most of the information
"So let me get this straight" Ur said while pinching the bridge of her nose "Zeref was a normal teenager who wanted to bring back his dead family. And because of playing with the laws of life and death, got cursed by a god which resulted in him being immortal"
I nodded my head at that. They were surprised at my revelation and listened to my explanation about why Zeref was still alive because he wished to die, and his curse therefore kept him alive.
"Wait forget the fact that the guy wants to die" Gray was questioning right now "why the hell did he create all those demons of his"
Gray was one of the people with the biggest grudge towards the creations of Zeref. He lost his entire family in his childhood due to one of Zeref's demons. So just the fact that Zeref suffers is not enough for him to forget everything.
"Zeref is in a constant state of teenage Gray. After seeing everything around him die because of his curse and him being alive no matter what he did led him to create demons to kill him. Though the demons themselves do not realise it but they were created by him for that purpose only"
I replied and it seems like my answer still made him angry at everything that has happened.
"Then what about all those cults including the one's that destroyed my town wanting to revive Zeref or something" Meredy asked
"The same with mine as well" Erza chimed in from the side. As the village she lived in was destroyed by Zeref cultists and she suffered a lot in the R system building as well.
"They have no connection whatsoever to Zeref. They have no idea even about the information that I just gave you right now and are doing it due to their delusion. The one's who attacked Meredy's village are under the delusion that Zeref is asleep and needed to be awakened and the one's with the incident of Erza think Zeref is dead and is trying to use the R system created by Zeref to bring him back"
This made others frown as one way or the other, all of them had learned about the atrocities committed by Zeref cultists in the name of Zeref and knowing that all of them were done without any meaning whatsoever is a bitter pill to swallow.
"Then what about what he said. About your mother. We have never heard of this" Ultear was the one who spoke this time asking the question.
"Why don't I let my mother answer that for me" I replied as I was able to sense a presence nearby for some time.
"This is the first time I heard you ever mentioning me as your mother since we had a talk about it"
A voice surprised everyone making them look up and seeing a young girl without any footwear floating in the air.
"Hey Mavis" I greeted her with a smile.
"Cana was worried, so I decided to look at your condition myself, but it looks like some revelations are needed" she then looked at others
"Children, why don't I explain the rest to you"
