Cana and Karna are right now walking down the road each carrying one egg of Charmander with them
"So you are saying an annoying wizard dropped them off for you"
"Yes I am" Karna said while not looking at Cana at all he knew his poker face will not work on her
Cana narrowed her eyes hearing that
"I will take that for now but one day you have to tell me everything, you understand and just so you don't forget I am already keeping a list of all those things you miraculously were able to do all these years all right"
"yeah got it" Karna replied he felt like the mark Cana put in his hand can do more than check the location and health of a person
Karna knows that one day he has to tell the truth about himself, even if he ignores others he can't keep lying to Cana after all they had went through.
"I'll tell you everything one day" Karna said softly
"Okay" Cana replied
They walked silently for a few more moments
"by the way" Cana began "you never told me what kind of creatures are inside these eggs"
"well, you can say they are related to fire lizards but they have slight similarities to dragons, though those similarities will only show up after they grow up"
"so you are going to take care of them alone"
Karna almost tripped when he heard that question
"I can do it" Karna said robotically
"Ha HA HA" Cana laughed out loud "you should see your expression right now, you look like you are going to a war with the intention of dying or something"
Cana laughed for some time more taunting Karna and Karna trying his best to hide his embarrassment from her
"don't worry about it alright, I will be there to help you along the way, but what are your plans for now"
"I am thinking about buying a bigger house instead of living in my current place which I rent, that place doesn't have the requirements to raise two of these"
"alright, we can ask Gramps later"
We reached the guild after walking for just a few more minutes and I pushed open the doors while holding the egg with one hand
"We're back" Can greeted as soon as the door was opened
But what greeted her and Karna back was not her mother or a guild members but a volley of flames and ice spears
"aaaaaah" Can screamed while covering the egg from the sudden attack
"Protrego" Karna used his spell and suddenly a layer of shield formed in front of them protecting them from the projectiles and the heat
After a few moments the attacks dissipated, and Karna withdrew the shield
"Are you okay" Karna asked Cana
"y-yes I am" Looks like the sudden attack scared her a bit and looking at where her attention is at, she was not worried about herself but was rather worried about the condition of the egg she was holding
Seeing that both of them are alright I turned towards the centre of the guild to see what was happening, though the combination of the flames and the ice gave me a clue already

And right now, he was having a fight with Grey with Macao and the others goading them to fight more. All of them were so immersed in it that they still did not see what their attack had did. I looked for Cornelia but her aura was not there in the guild, she must have gone somewhere and the guild must have stopped caring about the consequences for a bit
But seeing the conditions of the guild I felt like stopping it right now
"hey, you gu-"
I suddenly stopped speaking, my instincts were screaming at me not to do anything and just stand still. I even felt a chill deep in my spine
"please hold the eggs for a Few minutes Karna" a sound came and it was not a request but an order
And because of having enough common sense I just took the egg in my other hand without saying anything and started praying for the other guild members seeing an angry Cana walking towards them slowly with an expression that might give me nightmares later on
After a few minutes
.......... "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU WERE DOING"
After an hour
I looked at the condition of the guild members right now, most seemed like they came from a difficult life-threatening mission with injuries that will take days to heal. The ones who were able to move was using the energy they had left to clean the guild off the after effects of their earlier partying and the worst of the brunt was on Natsu and Grey
They were hanged by a rope upside down with a lot of wounds on their body, Porlyosika style. Makes me wonder what else she learned from granny.
"Karna can you get us down" Grey asked weakly
"sorry dude not under my jurisdiction right now" I replied
After beating the crap out of everyone and traumatizing many others Cana had taken both the eggs to Porlyosika while she told me to make sure that everyone cleaned the guild.
I then looked to towards the other person tied up
"hey, you are the new kid right, what's your name"
"Natsu" the Pink haired kid said weakly
I used my magic at my maximum and used my senses towards Natsu, I saw a barrier like structure near the centre of his ethernano reserves and when I tried to look into it I was knocked back.
I felt like if I pushed a bit more I will be able to see through it but my magic control isn't enough to do it without hurting Natsu so I decided to try this later.
Seeing me looking at him Natsu started to feel a little uncomfortable
"what are you looking at" Natsu asked
"Nothing important, but welcome to Fairy tail Natsu"
