CHAPTER 6
After class I stood up, get my things and put it in the bag.
"Wow she's fast." Maria laughed.
"Hurry up or I will leave you both." I said.
As we walk by the hallway, I wear my earphones and opened my phone. I stopped when I walk passed by something, and I looked back at it. I saw one of the teachers, who also stopped and turned around. He just stared at me, so I bowed my head and started to walk.
"What's wrong?" Ariana asked.
"None,"
"Why are you starring at teach Azaniel earlier?" Maria asked.
"It's nothing. Don't mind me." I answered..
Azaniel's POV
I close my eyes and contacted them through mind.
"I found her."
"How'd you know that it's her?" Gab asked with certainty.
"She's wearing the necklace you gave her."
So what now?" Gab asked.
"We still need to wait for her memories to regain." Faith said.
"I agree. She'll freak out if we suddenly brought her to the holy realm." I hope her memories regained fast.
"Well knowing my sister."
"Let's go to the nearest cafè. I think she and her friends go there." I suggested.
"If she regained her memory, the demon king will notify and will hunt her holiest." Faith said.
"Don't worry our mom's necklace will protect her aura."
I smiled and walk..
Zarathor's POV
"Now is the right time to attack the holy realm! The three guardians descend from the realm!"
"Your highness what do we do if we saw your son? the prince?" Fallon asked, one of my strongest soldier.
I clenched my fist. "Capture him and bring him to me alive so I can extract his blood from his body." I smiled devilishly.
Her sister is dead, if Gabriel died and get the holy bell and swords then I can revived my wife.

Faith's POV
We are now at the cafè and it's very annoying.
"Gabriel stop staring at me will you? its annoying." I glared at him, but the rascal just smiled.
"Can you just focus on those kids?" I pointed to the kids who were eating.
He looked at what I pointed at and commented. "Serena is not eating, she just played and played in her phone. While I was teaching at their class earlier, she damn yawn. As if my subject were that boring. I was about to call her but she sleeps in my class!"
"Shh lower down your voice." I warn.
"Well expected of her, even in holy realm when taking a class she's always yawning." Azaniel said and laughed.
"She's a brat right now. I can't help but it's annoying."
"Calm down, I know you misses her." I tease.
"Hell yeah" he answered and glance Serena.
"I heard from the faculty that Serena was an orphan since highschool. Her family got into an accident. So she's now living by herself." Azaniel remarked.
"Even in this lifetime her family left her." I saw her smiling genuinely to her friends. "At least she has friends she can lean on"
"What about you Faith, when will you lean on to me?" I rolled my eyes at what Gabriel said.
"Gabriel stop your nonsense okay?" I heard Azaniel laughed. Tsk.
I sensed something is not right. I close my eyes and saw what was happening to the realm.
"Guys! The holy realm was being attacked." I exclaimed.
"Let's go." Azaniel commanded.
I stopped him.. "Stay here. Gabriel and I will go back. Make sure that you will bring her back to the realm." he nodded.
"Let's go Faith." I nodded at Gabriel. We hurriedly run and teleport back to the holy realm.

Oh my god! The realm is in a mess!
"I will go to the back and defend. Take care!" Gabriel shouted and disappeared.
"Sister!" Hale shouted.
"When did this start? We were just away for two days!"
"The demon king notices that the three deities were gone so they seized the opportunity while you weren't around, to attack the realm."
I gritted my teeth because of anger. Demon king you have no chance of winning.
Gabriel's POV
The barrier is now getting thinner.
"Your majesty the barrier was getting sucked up by some demons, that's why it's getting thinner." the archangel soldier said.
"Don't worry. I won't let this demon sucked my sister's barrier." I chant a spell maworiskovikia aloyiharika and the barrier's getting thicker.
"It's not working!" The soldiers shouted. The angels are worried about the barriers getting shattered, many demons are outside of this barrier. I need to think to save this angels.
What is happening? How can they sucked a phoenixis barrier? That damn demon king.
I cut my palm with the sword I summon and pressed it against the barrier. Let's see if you can still absorb this.
Serena hurry up..
Nikolai's POV
While we were talking I noticed that the two new teach run outside, and the other one is just drinking his coffee.
"Niko what you're looking at?" Ariana asked.
I just shook my head as a response.
I stared at my prapé. I couldn't stay still, something felt off. It was weird because I'd never felt this way before it all started when they arrived.
I glanced at him and was shocked to see that he was also looking at me. I quickly looked away and stared outside.
"What was that?" I murmured.
"What?" Maria said.
"Nothing."
A few minutes later I saw him stand up and casually walk out of the café. I stood up as well.
"Where are you going?" Ariana asked when she notice.
"Just outside. I'll be right back. Enjoy your food, okay?"
They quickly nodded and returned to eating.
When I stepped outside, I saw him walking toward the garden near the café. I quickly followed him.
I called out to him, slightly out of breath.
"Teach!" I shouted. He stopped and turned around.
"What?" he asked seriously.
I ran closer to him, annoyed by how long his strides were.
"Can I tell you something?"
"Yea, sure. What is it?" his face didn't even change emotion. It's too scary to back out now. He's too serious.
Azaniel's POV
It feels like this kid notices something. So out of curiosity, she's now asking me.
"I know you're not here just to teach us, I can feel it teach. The way you observe the students here." she said.
I glance at the sorroundings and saw a bench. I walk a bit and sit down. She followed me and sit beside me.
"What do you mean?" I asked. Even in a body of a teenager she's still sharp as ever.
"It feels like you're here to look for something?"
"You ask if I'm looking for something. It's someone." I said and look her in the eyes.
"Then who's that someone? Your lover?"
"Technically yes. My lover. Maybe not." I laughed.
"What happened to her?"
I inhale and look at the sorroundings...
"She died protecting our world."
"So the legend is true," I turn my gaze at her.
"Legend?"
"Yes. I read it on the book. It says that the deity of holy realm sacrifice her life in order to protect the three realms."
"That's right."
"You are looking for her here. Do you think she's here or she did not resurrected?"
"She's here."
"Then?"
"At first when I saw her, I wanted to hug her and kiss her and say I missed her so much. But I can't."
"Why is that so? you said you love her, why it feels like you're giving up on her."
"I love her, she's my world, my peace, she's amazing, wonderful and beautiful. She's like a precious treasure that I'm afraid to lose,"
"Then if you love her why did you gave up?"
"I didn't give up on her, I never did. I gave up my freedom for her."

"I wanted her to begin new life. The life that she wants. I wanted her to forget about me. I erased her other memories together with me. She belongs to everyone, not to me.
"Is this because she's the deity or because of her responsibility?"
"Yes. When she died, I regret not telling her how I felt."
"What about now? Can't you still not?"
I nodded. I saw a tears coming down her cheeks.
"Are you now crying?" I teased. She immediately wiped it down.
"Nope. It's just I felt heavy hearing your story. It's really sad."
I smiled at her. The woman I love is you..
"Where is she right now?"
"She's far from here" 'she's infront of me.' That's what I wanted to say.
"What's he-" when her phone rang, "wait teach." and answered her phone. "What? yea, I'm coming back right now." she stood up and looked at me.
"I'm guessing that's your friends?"
"Yes. Anyways teach thanks for that story. Bye." and she left.
"I didn't got to say thank you to you." I murmured.
"Why did you tell her those." I was shocked to see him here.
"I thought you were in heaven? What are you doing here?"
"We already managed it, I came back because Faith ordered me to. And anyways it's been a decade in holy realm and a day here in human realm."
"I forgot." I laughed.
"So how we convinced that brat?"
"Brat?"
"Yes. Serena. I think that kid is hiding something."
"I think so too."

It's four weeks since we came here in human realm and many has changed. Serena always accompanied me whenever I want to eat alone in the rooftop.
And here I am now waiting for her.
"Hey teach!" she shouted panting.
"Hey calm down. Come over here." I tap the chair beside me.
"Oh nice, thanks."
We ate together here, we became close and now I'm hearing issues about us.
"Do you want some dessert?" I handed her the chocolate cake I bought earlier.
"Teach this is for me? wow thank you!" she said smiling.
My heart is happy right now. Seeing her makes me at peace.
Nikolai's POV
I said goodbye to teach and went down from the rooftop. As I got down from the rooftop...I can see them staring at me. I ignored them and walked back to my classroom, carrying my bag.

"Where have you been?" Ariana asked.
"At the rooftop," I casually answered.
"Together with teach?" Maria said excitedly.
"Yep,"
"See, she didn't even deny that she was with sir Azaniel. What a slut, she's too young for that teacher, and that teacher did the same thing. I can't believe he's that kind of teacher, I even had a crush on him, disgusting. Unlike someone else, he's older than her, but she still went for him."
I grit my teeth and calm myself.
I stood up from my seat and walked toward her.
"Are you done?" I glared at her. "If you have a problem with me, say it to my face!"
"Your so funny Nikolai." I gave her a piercing look, and unable to hold back my anger any longer, I grabbed her by the collar.
"Stop Nikolai! You are being uneducated right now!" her bestfriend shouted and slap my hand.
I laughed loudly. "Both of you are ridiculous."
"Let her Ann, that's why she's like that cause she doesn't have parents like us."
My ears were burning, I was about to punch her when a teacher shouted.
"Stop that! Nikolai go to the detention office right now! And you Irene and Ann go with Nikolai!"
"Niko will you be okay?" worried Ariana asked.
"Yes. Don't worry." I smiled.
"Are you sure?" Maria asked. I nodded.

After we left the detention room, I cornered both of them.
"You both are uneducated not me. Even though I don't have parents, I am still educated. Unlike both of you has parents but still uneducated. So stop digging your own grave." I glared and walk away.
Irene's POV
"See this?" I showed her the necklace I pulled out from Nikolai.
"You are so wicked!" she laughed.
"All we have to do is break this pitiful necklace of her." I smiled wickedly.
Gabriel's POV
"Serena got into fights? even in this life she's still fighting. Can't believe it. She's definitely a brat."
"No. I think she's angry because of the issues circling about us."
"What? What kind of issue?"
"They said that me and her are into some kind of relationship. I don't want to take advantage of her and she's a kid right now."
I tap his shoulder.
"You already taking advantage of Serena, Azaniel. That's okay though."
"Whatever."
I laughed. I stop when I sense something, I smell mother's power.
"Stop being down Azaniel I smelled our moms power." We looked at each other.
"Let's go." and we teleported.
Nikolai's POV
I close my eyes and take a deep breathe. I hold my necklace. I touched my neck again. Where did my neck- I stopped when a surging blue light rushing into me. And it suddenly entered inside me.
My memories came back, I closed my eyes from the pain.
I need to get out of here, I teleported to the highest rooftop of the school. I immediately walk towards a broken mirror and saw myself. I'm being back to my old self.
I saw two mens walking towards me. I faced them and I was surprised.
"Azaniel? Saran?"
"Ugh. Can you please drop the Saran, my name is Gabriel. I have nothing to do with demon world anymore. It's just my other name." I laughed. This brother of mine didn't changed.
"You are still you Gabriel."
"Of course."
"Welcome back." he said.
"Thanks. I don't really know what happened why I'm back at my old self."
"Here." Gabriel handed me a gem that's been broken in pieces.
"I think the two kids who joined you in detention broke it."
"Nevermind them. They're just a pain in the neck." I brushed my hair and stared at them.
"What?" confused Gabriel asked.
"Do you want me back to the holy realm?"
"Yes." Azaniel answered.
"But I heard, you, Azaniel is the new deity."
"Yes your holiest."
"Hmm. I'll think about it." I said and fled.
I want to ask Azaniel about what he said to my younger self. If all of that was true. I'm happy that he likes me too. I shook my head. This is not the time to be happy.
I clenched my fist.
