As the group absorbed the shocking revelations about Victor Glass and Victoria Riverside, the air in the room seemed to thicken with tension. Kristen, her eyes wide with surprise, struggled to comprehend the newfound knowledge. "So you're saying that you're kids of Victor Glass, and you're the grandchildren?" she exclaimed with a mixture of disbelief and horror.
Tierney, facing Kristen, nodded solemnly. "That is true," she confirmed, her expression revealing the weight of the past. "And Dean helped me get away from him."
Niall, turning his gaze between Tierney and Dean, inquired with a furrowed brow, "So what do we do now?"
Dean, his eyes fixed on Niall, responded with determination, "We need to stop Victor. Nothing has changed; we can't let the demon queen rise."
Kristen, still processing the information, questioned with a hint of anxiety, "But how are we going to get out of here?"
The anticipation in the room grew as a man's voice broke the silence, saying, "Let's see. I think you guys are going to be stuck here." A mysterious figure materialized in the south corner of the room, casting shadows that danced across the walls.
"It's good to see you, my daughter," the man greeted. Tierney's eyes flashed with anger as she spat, "Victor, I will never be your daughter."
Victor, wearing a mocking smile, strolled toward the group, making himself visible to everyone. "Oh, that hurts, my dear," he taunted. "It looks like you're all healed," Kathrine remarked, raising an eyebrow.
"Yes, I am," Victor replied with an angry tone. "Thanks for stabbing me."
"You're always welcome," Kathrine retorted with a sly smile. "I can do it again."
"Yeah, but I don't want to carry him again," remarked a boy who appeared behind Victor. "So please don't."
William, stepping into view, revealed himself without the cloak he wore earlier. With brownish blonde hair shaved on one side, hazel eyes, and ear piercings, he exuded a rebellious aura. Kristen, eyeing him skeptically, commented, "So who is this punk?"
"I take that as a compliment," William chuckled, offering a smile to Kristen. "My name is William Drake."
"Okay, let's get to the point," Kristen said, rolling her eyes.
"We will, my sweet," William responded with a playful smile. Victor then made his chilling declaration, "I just came here to let you know that I will raise the demon queen Alyssa Satanrosé, and you will not stop me, because you guys will be stuck here."
"We will see about that," Dean asserted, walking over to Tierney's side.
"I see you haven't changed," Victor laughed, glancing at Dean. "That's why I liked you, Dean."
"So you just came to tell us your plan," Tierney said with anger. "Even though we already know."
"Yes, I did," Victor laughed, enjoying the tension in the room. "I just like seeing your face get all mad, just like your mother."
"You're an asshole," Tierney retorted with no emotion this time. "And stop talking about her like you have any right to."
"I have every right, my dear," Victor insisted, his tone now more angered than amused. "She was my wife, and I loved her."
"Is that true?" Tierney questioned, her anger still evident. "Then you should have found a way to save her, not kill her."
"I wish I did," Victor admitted with a tone of regret. "I wish every day I can change what I did."
"Then good. I hope you die from it, you bastard," Tierney cried, tears streaming down her face. "It's your fault that Victoria and Thomas died."
"Thomas is dead?" Victor realized with shock, just now noticing Thomas's absence. "I'm sorry."
"No, you're not," Tierney retorted, glaring at Victor. "You're just a cold-hearted dickhead."
"Let's just get out of here," suggested William, looking at Victor. "I think we all get the point."
"I agree with him," Dean added, casting a glance at William. "We get the point."
"Fine then," Victor said, turning around and walking away. "See you later, guys."
"See you later, guys," William echoed, winking at everyone before running to join Victor. They disappeared into the shadows.
"Why the hell did he just wink at us?" Niall broke the silence in the room. "So, any clues?"
"That's because," explained a woman's voice, "he is on your side."
"Who's there?" Niall looked around the room.
"It's just me," the woman's voice responded as she emerged from the shadows in the corner where they were standing. "Oh, it's Ka Sandra," Niall said with a smile. "How did you know we were here?"
"From my apprentice Ashton," Ka Sandra replied with a mysterious smile. "He is a witch, just like me."
"I did not know you have an apprentice," Selena remarked as she ran up to Ka Sandra and hugged her. "I thought you said you'd never have one."
"That is true," Ka Sandra confirmed as she hugged Tierney back. "I found him when he was just a baby and raised him."
"Why did you not tell me?" Tierney asked, looking into Ka Sandra's cat eyes. "You never asked."
"How did Ashton know where we were?" Kristen inquired, confusion in her tone.
"That's because William told him," Ka Sandra revealed with a smile.
"William did what?" Courtney asked.
"Ashton and William are together," Ka Sandra stated as she walked over to Courtney. "William is my spy." Ka Sandra knelt to the ground in front of Courtney. "I see you unlocked your Blood Magic ability," she said with a smile.
"How did you know that?" Courtney asked, looking forward.
"I knew that you had that ability," Ka Sandra responded. "I know all you guys have a special ability."
"Why did you not tell us?" Courtney continued looking forward.
"Because you need to find out on your own what it is," Ka Sandra explained, lifting her hand to Courtney's eyes still covered by the cloth Niall gave her. "Let me help." When Ka Sandra finished, a bright light emanated from her hand.
"I think that did the job," Ka Sandra said, removing her hand from Courtney's eyes. "You can take the cloth off." Courtney removed the cloth, revealing that her eyes were back to normal.
"Courtney, your eyes," Niall exclaimed with shock in his tone.
"I can see again," Courtney cried, tears streaming down her face. "Thank you so much."
"You're welcome, my dear," Ka Sandra said as she stood up. "Let's get you out of here."
"Ka Sandra," Tierney said with sadness in her tone.
"I'm sorry about Thomas." Before Tierney could finish, Ka Sandra raised her hand. "That asshole is not going to die that easily," she laughed with a smile. "The time he gets to die at all is when I kill that stupid fuck."
"What do you mean?" Tierney asked, confusion in her tone.
"When we get out of here, you will see," Ka Sandra assured her with a wink.
"Ka Sandra, you're the best," Tierney said with a smile.
"I try," Ka Sandra responded. "Let's get you out of here." When Ka Sandra stopped, a portal appeared in front of her.
"Here, up you slowpokes," said a man's voice coming from the portal. When the man appeared out of the portal, Tierney could see it was Thomas.
"I love you," Tierney declared as she ran up to him and punched him in the face. "Don't ever do that again." When Tierney finished, she hugged her brother.
"Let's go," said Ka Sandra with anger in her tone. "Ashton can only hold his portals for so long." Right when everyone went through the portal, William appeared in the gray room.
"This is going to be hella fun," a man's voice said.
"How long have you been here, Emmet?" William asked with a smile.
"Long enough, my boy," Emmet responded with a smile as he appeared in front of William. "Just remember not to let anyone know I'm out of that sleep spell."
"I won't, Father," William promised with a smile.
