The open-air café on the pedestrian street was a place that Xia Weiyi and Xu Ziliang often frequented.
When Xia Weiyi arrived at the agreed time, Xu Ziliang was already sitting in the old spot on the lawn, waiting.
Dressed in a white casual sportswear that complemented his tall figure, his stylishly tousled hair partially covered his eyes. He idly swung the coffee cup in his hands, feeling a familiar presence, he slightly turned his head and the corners of his mouth lifted, his bright smile making him look even more sunny and clean.
"Yiyi—" Xu Ziliang stepped forward and, out of habit, pulled Xia Weiyi into his embrace and kissed her forehead.
But Xia Weiyi moved to the side, as if unintentionally dodging his kiss: "You ordered me ice cream?—"
With an ostensibly natural remark, Xia Weiyi pushed away from Xu Ziliang and sat opposite him.
