Today, Musheng had her last scene of confrontation with Jane.
Though Jane didn't have many scenes, her parachuting into the role meant that Musheng had gone through many scenes with her. If it were not for Jane's decent talent and quick adaptability, it's uncertain how much time it would have delayed.
Jane's character in the play is the perfect "flower vase" role.
While she does move the story along, her role isn't obvious in this piece; moreover, she betrayed her own sister.
If Musheng weren't playing an antagonist, such a sister-betraying character would typically be heavily criticized.
However, precisely because Cecil was on the side of destroying the world, the sister's actions seemed righteous. But to show that righteousness, it had to be portrayed properly, or it would just be extremely annoying.
Because Musheng's character was so dominant, she easily overshadowed the other actors' presence and acting abilities.
