A stranger suddenly appeared outside the house, and the two little girls looked over with curiosity.
Musheng gave them a faint smile and then saw a black woman coming out of the white villa in front of him. She had been smiling at her children, but upon seeing Musheng, her facial expression turned to one of surprise.
Thanks to Horace's reputation and identity, Musheng easily found an excuse to be let into the house by the woman in front of him.
She is Horace's daughter.
"Daddy, someone is looking for you."
Perhaps because Musheng seemed so non-threatening, the woman didn't give it much thought as she led him inside and then came to a closed door. She knocked on the door, and soon it opened to reveal an elderly black man's face.
Although he was already aged, with grizzled hair, he was still tall and appeared strong; there was an air of scholarly elegance about him, even in his white lab coat.
Through the gap around him, Musheng saw that there was a laboratory behind him.
