Musheng woke to the feeling of someone else nearby. As soon as she opened her eyes, she saw Mo Yao holding a brush and trying to approach her quietly; seeing that she was awake, Mo Yao instantly froze.
Musheng glanced at her, sat up, and chuckled, "What were you trying to do?"
"I wanted to prank you!" Mo Yao muttered with pout, "Who knew you were so sensitive, it's no fun!"
"Yeah, blame me for being too sensitive."
Continuing the jest, Mo Yao laughed, "I heard from Auntie that you're only staying for two days before heading back to the USA?"
"Yeah," Musheng picked up her jacket and put it on, then swung her legs out of bed, "Didn't you know?"
"I forgot," claimed Mo Yao with brazen righteousness, and then she tossed aside her brush. Musheng looked at her desk, scattered with a mess of things, all paints and brushes from the art room, and was taken aback, "Have you started learning to paint recently?"
