Li Zhou and the directors in the entertainment industry were somewhat similar yet different in a few ways. What was similar was that, as a director, there were certain rules that always had to be followed in the industry, such as dealing with those recommended by investors, both openly and secretly. At worst, they would ask for the second lead role. Li Zhou thought it was not a big deal and would agree to it, which didn't lead him to deeply offend anyone.
What made him different was that he didn't have some of the bad habits of other directors in the industry, such as the most obvious one—the unspoken rules.
