Ruan Jiaojiao herself didn't even realize she had developed a craving for milk. She hadn't missed it before when she hadn't had any, but now that she did, she found she missed it terribly.
Shu Jiao, seeing her daughter suckling contentedly, softened her gaze, then stood up and turned with an apologetic smile towards the principal and homeroom teacher who were still standing there, "Sorry, my daughter is frail. Next time, I'll make sure she drinks before morning reading class."
