He looked at the old man comfortably basking in the sun there and walked in with a wooden expression.
Old Master Shu's eyes breezed over him with a half-smile, half-smirk, "What, a few years out working and you don't recognize your own father anymore?"
"Dad..." Shu Lang called out weakly, "why are you here?" And so early too.
"You make it sound like this place belongs to you, like I can't come!" Old Master Shu scoffed coldly, watching Meatball bounce up from the ground and circle around Shu Lang, he said with disdain, "Ever since you were small, you've attracted these good-for-nothings, and it looks like nothing's changed now that you're grown. Truly disappointing."
"..." The good-for-nothing Meatball.
With its body stiff like an egg, Meatball was caught mid-jump, unable to pull back or continue forward, letting out a pitiful howl.
"Hmph." Old Master Shu turned his head away, feeling that even one more glance was a strain on his eyes.
