Zhulan examined the letter again, "The Emperor has granted the marriage. Shi Qing and Second Miss Yao, they really are well-matched!"
Mother Song smiled, "Indeed, they are."
Zhulan read over the letter once more. Shi Qing had not only written to share the good news but also to inquire about what sort of person Second Miss Yao was. Zhulan thought to herself that Second Miss Yao marrying Shi Qing was a decent match, and with her as his virtuous wife, Shi Qing's path ahead would be much easier to tread.
