Long ago the four nations lived together in harmony, then everything changed when the fire nation attacked.
Only the avatar, master of all four elements could stop them and restore peace and balance, but when the world needed him most. He vanished.
10 years have passed since the young air avatar's disappearance and the war between the fire nation and the rest of the world has entered a grueling stalemate. Desperate to find and prevent the avatar's return, the fire nation launched a genocidal campaign against the air nomads scattering the few survivors to the four corners of the world.
Now the airbenders are in hiding, forced to conceal their bending gifts and once proud tattoos in order to survive. But even still the fire nation has not given up its search and has placed an irresistible bounty on any remaining airbenders and dispatched elite fire nation inquisitors across the world to hunt down any possible lead no matter how farfetched. For the fire nation knows full well that if even one airbender has survived.
Then the avatar will return to save the world....
