I can't believe I almost killed myself,like I almost attempted suicide, am so disappointed in myself,am sorry dad I almost became a disappointment to you,am so sorry grandma,from today onwards I promise to be a better person and overcome all hurdles and obstacles life may bring.I know life is not a bed of roses, so I don't believe giving up now will change anything,I just have to keep fighting and stay strong to the very end.He who laugh last,laugh best.With that Kaira came to a conclusion that even if she is left with no choice suicide is not an option,of cause I have to keep on persevering. With that Amelia slept off.

Next morning
Kaira laid on her bed sleeping peacefully, off course she looks beautiful when she sleeps,so know need to ask me that.The rays of sunlight wakes her up.
"Holy cow" she said yawning.
I need to prepare for school,and am busy sleeping, she shakes her head as she jumps off the bed.she had a nice bath, and other stuff as she was prepared to leave.
"Did I forget anything, but why does it feels like something is not right" Kaira said with a frown.
"What, gasps, don't tell me am not in my right senses,today is actually weekend. WTF,I almost forgot,thanks to my lucky stars,that I did not go all the way to school only to be disappointed.
I need to go shopping today,then later in the day I go look for work,because now am jobless.Oh,that reminds me,a convenience store just opened close to my house,I guess I will have to check it out later.

"What am I going to buy" Kaira asked no one in particular. Things are a bit cost here,but I bet it is much more in crescent shopping mall,she added.
"Kaira"Derek called.
" Derek,what are you doing here,are you stalking me,what do you want from me again"she asked.
"Kaira,have been looking for you,please forgive me,I didn't mean to do nor say those things to you that day,I did it because I was been tempted to,she offered me money and promised me that she would find me a good agency,am sorry" Derek pleaded.
"Can you just leave me alone,it is best we don't see each other again,I finally thought have found a friend not to talk of falling in love with you,but what did I get in return,I don't want to remember that day,you said we where friends but you sacrificed our friendship just because of money,without even thinking about my feelings, you just made me believe that money rules the world"She said almost crying.
"Kaira,am sorry please just find it in your heart to forgive me,I have realised my mistake,I will make it up to you" Derek said.
"Am sorry Derek,it is to late for that now,I better be going now,you just spoilt my day"Kaira said.
"Kaira,just know this,I always wanted to tell you that I love you,and will always will"Derek said.
" Am sorry Derek, but I don't do love again"She said running out crying.
"Why does he have to show up today,he almost got me,but I have to stay strong, remember never fall in love again, boys are jerks" she thought walking absent minded.
"Hey watch where you are going" Alex said as Kaira bumped into him.
"Am sorry" Kaira said still walking.
"Hey,don't you know how to apologise, he ran after her,hey,hey" he could as he touched her,but what happened next shocked him.
"Ahhh,he yelped" do you do workout.
"Am so sorry,Alex it's you,I didn't mean it,I was only just absent for some time,please accept my apologies" she pleaded.
"I don't know why you where crying,but next time,watch where you are going,what if you had ran into a car or they where to kidnap you what would you have done" Alex scolded.
"You sound a lot like my dad"she said then bent her face.
"Climb up" Alex said as he gestured her to climb up his bike.
"What for" Kaira said blinking her eyes.
"Don't keep me waiting, I want to take you somewhere" he said.

After driving for some minute,they finally got to the beach.
"So where are you taking me to" Kaira asked.
"You will know when we get there" Alex said walking towards the waters.Kaira followed suite not sure of what he was doing.
"Papa,I missed you so much,if only I hadn't been stubborn,you wouldn't have died,papa am really sorry,I will never ever forget the times and moment we shared together" Alex said staring into the water.
"Papa,today I brought my friend to come see you, Kaira say hello to my dad" Alex said.
"Hi,my name is Kaira, I don't know how you died but am sorry for what happened to you,I hope you find peace wherever you are now" She said.
She turned and face him,"who said I was your friend,you are funny"she scoffed.
"Does that sound funny to you,I choose my friends so you better accept it now,the earlier the better,let us go have a drink" Alex said walking away.
"Gross" Kaira said following close behind.
"So can you tell me much about your family, do you miss your dad" Alex asked.
"How did you know my dad is dead" she asked.
"You told me before,don't you remember" he asked.
"Did I" she said.
"Just continue saying what I asked you" he shielded away from that question.
"Okay,nothing much about my family, just that I once had a happy and nice family that anyone could dream of,but after my dad lost his job everything changed, and with time my mum divorced my dad,and my once loving and kind sister Amelia, followed my mum and became a monster,and before everything could settle down,I lost my dad and my grandma,it is so sad isn't it" She said almost drunk.
"Am sure anywhere your dad is right now he will be proud he has a daughter like you" he said trying to sympathies with her.
"Yeah,I really miss my dad so much,I just wish I can see him one last time,I would be so happy" she said.What about you, she asked.
"Am left with only my mum,sometimes I blame myself,if I had listened to them my dad wouldn't have died, he drowned here trying to save me,I miss him very much" Alex said.
"Kaira,Kaira, she was already asleep,you got to be kidding"Alex picked her up,stopped a cab and headed for her house.

Kaira's House
"why are you so heavy,what do you eat"Alex asked her, as if she could hear him.
He dropped her on the bed,covered her with a blanket,then brushed her hair to her side.
" What the hell am I doing"He slapped his hands of,then stood up to leave.
"Don't leave me,if you do I will be lonely again" Kaira dragged his hand while sleep talking.
"Why are you holding me this tight,okay fine am not going am staying here" he said, after some minute he slept of to.
When he woke am it was already morning, so he went out to get some things.By the time he left Kaira woke up already.
"How did I get to the house,she held her head trying to remember something, what!! How did he know my house, is that all happened yesterday"she asked to many question at a time. She looked under her blanket,what,did he get my cloth change,no it can't be,she held tightly unto her blanket.
Just then Alex entered the house.
" Kaira,you are awake,I got you some hangover soup,hurry up and take it"Alex said walking towards her.About last night...
"Don't talk about it and stay where you are,did you get me changed? what did you do to me last night" she asked.
Alex was a bit surprised by her question but decided to play along.
"Yea I changed your clothes,you couldn't stop throwing up,so I helped you change them.
" you did what,don't come near me"she screamed.
"Do you want me to continue from where I stopped yesterday"he asked,she shakes her head,now hurry up and eat let us go to school,silly girl.
" Do you live here"she asked.
"Yes I just moved in" he answered.
"Oh,I see" she said smiling.

Dosin Mansion
"Daddy,it's going to be my birthday very soon,I want a car as my gift and you are going to celebrate my birthday in a very grand way" she said.
"Yes honey,I will celebrate your birthday in the grandest way ever" Her dad said.
"Baby,you are calling my daughter honey,you will tell me whether you married her or me" she said pecking him on the lips.
"Am sorry" dear I won't do it again.
"Amelia hurry up and go to school" Amelia's mum said.
"Bye dad,bye mum,I love you all" she said and left.

Alex and Kaira got into his bike and off they went.
"Kaira about yesterday,I didn't do anything to you,actually it was my sister that changed your clothes, but it was fun teasing you" Alex said laughing.
"Aouchhh"Alex cried,did you just hit me.
" You almost gave me a heart attack earlier today,I thought you took advantage of me,I always wanted to do that with the person I love"she said.
"Do what? Anyways for hitting me I would punish you,hold on tightly,he drove with speed,passing in between cars.
"Wooh,I love your punishment" Kaira shouted with the breeze blowing up her head.
"Wow,who is that handsome dude"
"Is that not Alex"
"He is finally back in school"

"What is he doing with that bitch"

"Why didn't you tell me you where pupolar,I wouldn't have followed you here" Kaira said.
"Should I go drop you back in the house so that you can come late to school" he asked.
"No" she said.
"Then shut up and follow me" he said.
"Girls,you won't believe what I just saw" Xanthe said.
"Speak up" replied Silver curiously.
I just saw Alex with that bitch Kaira,I mean he drove her to school, that girl is to cunning, she's making her move now"Xanthe said.
"What" Amelia stood up and left.
"What was that for" Silver asked Xanthe.

"Hey,Alex can I join you here" Kaira asked.
Alex didn't replay. "I will take that as a yes" kaira said.
"Did I say we are friends,we are not close,so why are you speaking to me casually" Alex asked.
"Yes we are friends,you said so yourself,so the earlier the better" she said.
"You are really good with words" Alex sighed.
"What is that not Alex and Kaira" Silver asked.
"Yes it's them,I wonder what she is up to" Xanthe said.
Amelia just clenched her fist and stood up.
"Where are you going to" Silver asked.
"Hi everyone, I will be hosting my birthday party in one of the biggest hotel in new York owned by my dad,so everyone is invited, including you" she said walking towards Kaira.
"Hey bitch,you are also invited, or are you afraid you won't have anything to wear" Amelia and everyone laughed at her.
"When will you stop calling me a bitch" Kaira said.
"Hahaha,do you think you are now a heroine because you are sitting here with Alex,am sorry but with money he can still betray you just like Derek did" Amelia said.
Derek just sat at a corner looking at what was going on.he was feeling jealous of Alex and Kaira and at the same time angry by what Amelia said.
"Don't judge everyone like that,not everyone is as trash like you" Kaira said walking out. Alex went after her.
Amelia stood there clenching her teeth and fist.
"We shall see" Amelia said.

"Kaira wait up" Alex called.
"Alex,will you also leave me for money" Kaira asked crying.
"Don't say that Kaira, not every one is like that,just take me as your big brother okay,I would protect you from now on" he said hugging her.
"Thanks Alex" she said.
"No problem,now clean your tears let's head back to class" Alex said.
