Xie Lian's curiosity knew no bounds and he blurted out, "Ni..." (ni = you). He couldn't complete at first so regaining his composure, he asked, "Who are you..? Are you the ghost groom..?"
Xie Lian smacked himself mentally right after he asked this question. Obviously, if this man here really was the ghost groom, would he bother to answer? Ofcourse not! He had almost appologized the moment he realized thus.
However, Hua Cheng found ot amusing. He was amused that His Highness asked who he was and even assumed him as the puny little wrath ranked ghost groom.
Hua Cheng chuckled out loud and feeling that His Highness was staring at him, he simply grunted in a negative response.
The moment Hua Cheng made the sound, Xie Lian couldn't help but marvel at how deep the other man's voice was! It was pleasant to the ears and the biggest problem now aside solving the case of ghost groom was, Xie Lian really wanted to hear him talk so that he could listen on to that voice for long. 'How outrageous! ' Xie Lian thought in his mind, utterly ashamed. But that shame couldn't seep out from his centuries old built up thick skin.
Xie Lian was feeling the tender hold of his taker. He thought, ' If he was the ghost groom, he'd most certainly been the most gentle and considerate one...But he is not. So....'
His thoughts trailed off.
Still, Xie Lian couldn't shake off his suspicions. Just then, that red-clad man stopped and turned to face him. Ruoye and It's master, both were ready. As the mysterious man came to hold up the veil, Xie Lian jumped back and shot Ruoye. But it was as though the man had anticipated this action and also jumped back, instantly turning into millions of silver butterflies, drawing a galaxy in the starless night.
Xie Lian stood there, amazed. 'What are you...?' A small silver bitterfly came and circled Xie Lian for a couple of times before joining It's friends in the endless sky. Xie Lian watched the scene unfolding, without realizing that he was smiling.

'His Highness is still the same as he had been before. Just his hands are now a...a little more...calloused.' Hua Cheng smiled at first but frowned at the second thought. 'That fucker Jun Wu. Always giving his highness some stupid activities.'
Hua Cheng brought his fingers to his head and maintained a hand seal. A moment later came the icy voice of a young man in his ears.
"Now what...?" Said he.
"Inform me of the details of the upper court in heavens." Hua Cheng demanded.
"AIN'T I DOING JUST THAT?!" he burst out.
Hua Cheng rubbed his ears for a couple of moments before replying, "Since when do you yell so much?"
"Since the day i met Shi Qingxuan.", he replied, still icily.
" Didn't know you are someone who will get influenced by a chatterbox God of heaven. Drop the title of Ghost King, will you? You're disgracing me." Hua Cheng mocks.
He Xuan replies, "Says the 'Ghost King' who waited a millennia just to hold the hands of his God. Who the fuck are you disgracing?"
"..."
Hua Cheng mentally adds 1032 more golds, 23761 more silvers in He Xuan's debt.
He Xuan gets the message instantlly by his accountant minion. He instantly yells, "WHAT THE FUCK YOU SADISTIC CRIMSON RAIN! JUST A INSULT TO YOU WILL COST ME 1032 MORE GOLDS, 23761 MORE SILVERS??????"
"It will be 150 more golds if you yell once more." Hua Cheng replies.
"Fuck you." He Xuan says, cutting the spiritual communication array.
With He Xuan :

Earth Master 'Ming Yi' just cut off the communication array and was feeling grumpy. As soon as he heard that voice he looked up.
Standing infront of him was actually Lord Wind Master, Shi Qingxuan. Dressed in white and green robes, holding a folding fan in hand, looking absolutely etheral. Seeing him in male form, Ming Yi sighed internally.
"What are you screaming my name for?" Ming Yi said.
"Ayoh, what's the tone for? Come come come. Let's visit the mortal realm again!"
"For what?"
"To eat, drink and merry happily!" Shi Qingxuan replied, practically brimming with excitement. "I also heard His Royal Highness, Xie Lian has descended down to mortal realm to complete a mission. Let's see if we stumble upon him by chance."
Ming Yi chokes upon air and coughs. He would've disagreed in such conditions. But he had his reasons. Firstly, Shi Qingxuan mentiomed food and secondly, he was also curious about the laughingstock of three realms which got the notorious ghost king so whipped up. He agreed.

"Why didn't you tell me I was wearing those while talking with General Pei Junior?!" Xie Lian asked those two, aghast.
"You can dress up 10 times weirder than that and he won't even bat an eye," Fu Yao replied.

Fu Yao grunts affirmatively.
"By the way, did you know what General Pei Junior did before ascension?" Nan Feng asked. He proceeded as he saw the other one shaking his head in disagreement, Fu Yao doesn't count, "Massacre."

Seeing the frozen expression on his face, the boy got scared again and ran off quickly wraping his face with the bandages.
Xie Lian came out of his stupor and called after him for a few times. But the boy had long fled through the forest.
Sighing, Xie Lian came back with Xiao-Ying's body down the mountain, absentmindedly. He had already removed the makeups and bridal dress and changed back to his white - cultivation robes. Only after the shopkeeper scolded him did he realize where he had strolled of to. He was climbing up the mountain again but suddenly he heard a name calling for him.
"YOUR HIGHNESS! YOUR ROYAL HIGHNESS!"
Xie Lian quickly whipped his head around and saw a woman dressed in white was emerging from the depths of forest. Pulling up the rear was another woman clad in black. Both the woman looked utterly beautiful.
Xie Lian knew at once they were some esteemed lady-heavenly official's. He showed lroper etiquette after putting down the body of Xiao-Ying.
Shi Qingxuan wasn't stupid either. She knew not to address the officials in front of mortals. Actually, both Ming Yi and Shi Qingxuan had descended to the mortal realm disguised as women, much to Ming Yi's detest. So while drinking, they spotted His Highness Xie Lian. Shi Qingxuan dragged Ming Yi to the forest as she saw the direction Xie Lian was heading off to. Only after he came close did she call out to him.
Xie Lian didn't know all these, of course. So he politely asked, "How may I grace the presence of the Lady - benefactors?"
Shi Qingxuan laughed heartily and said, "Your Highness is too kind. Me and my friend just descended from the heaven to play in the mortal realm a bit and stumbled across His Highness! Ayiah! Poor girl. Is she dead?"
Xie Lian replied, "Much ashamed. She died while I was on duty."
Shi Qingxuan consoled him a bit, "Don't take it to heart, Your Highness."
Xie Lian smiled, "Thank you, My Lady - Benefactor. But I must leave now. I have to give proper burial to her."
Shi Qingxuan smiled too and replied, "Sure! Your Highness, I hope we will be great friends in heavens and be the greatest acquaintances!!"
Xie Lian bowed to Shi Qingxuan and Ming Yi both before heading off to the mountain again.
During the whole conversation, Ming Yi remained quiet. She was processing everything. Now, she realized everything. Xie Lian was worth it. She got to know that as soon as she saw him.
Xie Lian might be the laughingstock of three realms in others eyes. But in Ming Yi's eyes, this God was very polite, humble, courteous, friendly and has the ability to make people feel warm. Ming Yi truly respected the man from now.
