The battle training began with the first match between Midoriya with Uraraka and Bakugo and Iida. While the hero team was trying to plan out a strategy while running towards the bomb, Bakugo left Iida with the bomb and went out to find Midoriya.
Drakken who was seeing all this pointed out, "It certainty looks like both of them know each other for some time."
"Who two?", asked Kirishima.
"Midoriya and Bakugo, coz for starters, Midoriya always calls him Kacchan, which sounds like a nickname for him and it also looks like he is used to it, and Bakugo is always looking down on Midoriya, thinking of him to be someone weak."
"That's why Bakugo got so angry when Midoriya got the ball throw score higher than him.", added Momo.
"And it looks like Bakugo is still pretty pissed off about how Midoriya was able to get such a high score. That explains why he took off leaving Iida alone like that."
"Guys, look!"
Bakugo had finally came across Izuku and Ochaco. Bakugo completely ignored Ochaco's existence as he went straight for Izuku.
"Get over here you bastard!"
Bakugo shouted as he caused an explosion. However Izuku had already anticipated it and had swiftly moved back by 3 to 4 feet. He then forced Uraraka to go to the bomb as he knew that Bakugo would be completely fixated on Izuku and wouldn't move to catch her.
As the mock battle went on, Drakken saw that Izuku was not using his quirk. He already knew and saw it twice himself that when he would activate his quirk, it would give a major recoil damage everytime he used it. But still, Drakken had a feeling that it was not normal, as if he had his quirk from the beginning, he would have some scars. But as he saw in the dressing room, as far as being wounded or scarred, Izuku's physique itself was not at all compatible with his strength type quirk.
This made him think that he must have awakened his quirk recently, however the chances of that happening were very low, unless...
"Drakken? DRAKKEN!! Snap out of it and look!", Came Fuyumi's voice.
Drakken snapped out of his trance and looked at the screen.
He saw Izuku and Bakugo going at each other with point blank attacks, with Izuku finally using his quirk. However, at the last second, Izuku went from a straightforward punch to a uppercut directing towards the ceiling, and as he did it, a huge amount of wind pressure was released, making a hole at all the upper floors, all the way to the roof, and Ochaco, who had already reached the bomb and was confronting Iida, took advantage of the floating debris to distract Iida long enough to secure the bomb and getting the victory for their team.
Many of the students and All Might were flabbergasted in the way the hero team won, but there was a spark of realisation in Drakken's eyes.
"Wait a second, this was just like ____"
"Holy sh-"
