He had the purpose of abusing the system, which somehow kept him connected to any suspicious characteristic, to the point of not needing to get involved in problems with it.
The system is his, and he should use it as he wishes; he pays for it and still uses it as a study method... and also for his security.
The university had to be aware that his parents work for the government in confidential matters and could not limit him in this way.
And he finds it unfair not to know anything about what his parents are doing.
But since he can't do much except take care of the house, study at his university, graduate to be a good professional, and in the end, give his parents the pride they deserve.
The two remained quiet, looking at the landscape of the train station with opposing views, Jing putting his hands on his thighs and lowering his head a little.
He had something on his mind at the moment that was bothering him, but he remembered that he had told his best friend that he had no more questions.
Shin carefully looked at his best friend and realized that he was feeling pressured by something, as if he were being pulled in the opposite direction of the path he wanted to follow.
"Is everything okay, Jing? If you want-" Shin asked, bringing his hand to his best friend's head, but he slapped it away.
The slap startled Shin at that moment, as if he felt threatened... but he waited for Jing to react to something else.
"What will you do from now on, since you will possibly be recognized on the streets as the survivor of the Kyoto alley?" Jing asked, with a penetrating look in his best friend's eyes.
Shin was surprised by that question, not having thought deeply about this possibility.
He immediately looked to the side for a moment, putting his index finger to his mouth... Shin was reflecting for a moment.
His memories of the dream when he was in contact with the Pentagon made him think of an answer to this. So, Shin turned his face towards Jing's face and answered his question.
"I won't do anything about it for now, reinforcing, my friend... for now," Shin replied, looking ahead where the tracks were present. "No one can do anything against me and if they try... it will be worse," Shin finished, squeezing his hand over his pants.
Jing thought about it and remained silent for a moment, knowing that there was still something he needed to say to him.
"I may no longer be an ordinary human, I ended up making treaties with someone I don't even know well... and that messes with me too," Shin affirmed, looking to the side where Jing was, and his best friend became even more curious about it.
"You noticed the mark, didn't you?" Shin asked, giving a small smile to Jing, and he chuckled at that moment.
Jing wasn't really surprised by that because he knew there was something strange about his best friend from the moment he realized he could feel that he was being watched by Nishimura from behind.
"That just reinforced even more that you have certain unusual attributes that a human doesn't possess... and you will rarely find," Jing replied, with his eyes closed, smiling proudly, feeling calmer than it seemed.
Shin explained that when a human can see the mark, the scar that the Vinxurian stamps on any part of the human body... it means mutual trust for both the host and their companion.
It was obvious that at some point Jing would see this mark... their bonds had been present since high school, as it was Jing who welcomed him when he needed it most.
His adolescence was never good, as mentioned earlier... Jing also always wanted to be more present for other people who wanted to follow the same path he did, to be a professional player.
But his ranking in the game was lower, and this ended up leaving Jing aside several times... to the point where he couldn't even stay in that same circle anymore.
And when he met Shin for the first time when he was 14, he greeted him and was greeted back.
Jing then asked if he played anything, and he said yes... he also loved shooting games, even though he had to study hard to be someone in the future.
The two then started chatting on the bench near the basketball court, and thus began a new friendship.
Jing remained looking at a puddle of water coming from the train tracks, he could see the reflection of the sky on that small puddle.
Reflecting on his capabilities, he still wonders if he can rise like his best friend.
At that moment, the ground began to tremble slightly, signaling that the train was already arriving at the station where they were located.
Jing immediately stood up and started watching the train coming from afar, feeling reassured inside.
Shin remained seated watching the train arrive and raised his head for a moment, seeing his best friend going towards the vehicle.
"See you tomorrow, Shin, send a message for anything," Jing said, looking at his best friend and the train stopped in front of the station.
"Okay, see you later, friend," Shin replied with a small smile, and he said goodbye to his best friend as he walked to the train door.
