Stein used the Hachi Hachi no Mi Model Over-Mind Ship on the Bebop. Transforming it to a sentience ship.

[Bebop assimilating all robots into drones. All drones have gained sentience]
All the drones became covered in a form of wax. The humanoid drones took the appearance of humans with Bee traits especially wings. The hundreds of Eyebots Took the form of giant bees. Even though they took new forms, they could still perform the same work they did before, without any issues.
Through dissecting one of the humanoid drones Stein had discovered that they were similar to synths. Though they were even more advanced since they seem possessed reproductive organs.

The BM drone are the drone maids. BB drone are the regular drone worker. BE drone are the giant bee drones. And the BW drones are the warriors/assassin drones.
Strangely enough the ship was not affected by the Sea water. Apparently, the ship was protected by a wax layer covering the ship, preventing the Sea water from effecting it.

Spending two days, Stein invented a protein bar containing 30,000 calories. To deal with his bodies calory consumption issue. The Bebop sailed like usual, after a few hours on the sea a BM drone came to inform him that they spotted two ships were near The Bebop.
At the ships bridge, Stein saw the two ships on the main surveillance screen. One was a beautiful luxurious civilian ship that was being assaulted by the other ship was pink in color with a Jolly Roger. The group of pirates looting and carrying plundered goods, from the civilian ship.
"Well, real pirates are naturally evil people. I don't understand where people like Luffy get the notion that pirates are the good guys."
And ugly obese woman carrying a large, spiked club. Started sternly scolded all her underlings as they began looting the merchant ship.
"Be careful, if you break anything I'll deal with you! Hey, Koby! Who is the most beautiful woman in East Blue?"
Hearing this a thin boy with pink hair, answers trembling in fear.
"It... it's! It's you Captain Alvida!"
"Good answer!"
Iron Mace Alvida laughed Knowing that if anybody disagree with her, they will die at the moment. Then suddenly, without warning!
Boom!
"Captain Alvida the ship that attacked us is calling You through the den den mushi. Captain the ship that attacked us is a large battleship about 14,000 meters long."
"Give me the den den mushi. I'll deal with this lunatic!"
