Arthur Millers was a fairly normal person. He had a beautiful wife, children, grandchildren and soon even great grandchildren.
But here he was at the age of 108 laying in an hospital bed, his family sorounding him with tears in there eyes. After a long uncomfortable silence he finnaly decided to speak up „Don't be to hard on yourselves, i am already way to old for this world." A few chuckles could be heard, but they soon where replaced with sobs.
After a short while an fairly handsome man stepped forward. He doesn't look as sad as the others, but he clearly doesn't look happy either.
„We will not disappoint you no matter what, trust me." He says even tearing up a little.
Arthur smiles at the words of his grandson, he was sure his family wont disappoint him. „Of course you won't." He chuckles „well I've seen many things already. Im not scared of death, i just hope you're life will go on as before even without me.." he says those words with a smile, hoping to brighten up the atmosphere even tough he knows it wont work.
„we will, we will da…" before his son could finish talking, Arthurs senses started to fade away. Everything got black as he falls unconscious.
Arthurs life flashes before his eyes. How he was the worst in his class and got bullied for being different then everybody even his parents hated him for no reason, when he was 15 he tought of taking his own life but decided against it, and it was worth it.
When he turned 18 he met his soon to be wife her name was Anna and she was his boss at the store he worked at. Somehow she liked him the same he did her, so both of them started going on dates and after 3 years they decised to marry.
But at the age of 28 a world war broke out and he was forced to fight as a soldier.
He sometimes only barely survived but he continued to fight, ge lost his left eye and his right arm. It was akin to hell at first but after a while he got used to it.
After the 8 year long war was finnaly over he returned home, but even after all that his wife still loved him.
After that nothing major happened. His wife died when he turned 95 and left him.
After recalling his whole life everything around arthur turned dark. He couldn't feel anything nor could he move, it was almost as if he had no body at all.
After what felt like eternity he could hear something, it sounded like a voice.
