Chapter 41 - Chapter 41 : Winner

With the last struggle, both Yuta and Bakugo fall out of the ring.

Many of the people who were enjoying the fight so far were right at the edge of the there seats.

Many thought that this was a tie, while many waited for the announcer.

And even the announcer had to wait for the replay to start. They really didn't want to consider this fight as a tie, being the final that's not a good idea.

So they were about to consider the winner depending on who touched the ground first. The replay unlike some other competitions and sport weren't shown on the big screen for some reason. Yuta had no idea why, though he was currently in no condition to worry about it anyway. His head was killing him.

After a hard fall, the remaining effect of alcoholism finally leaves him and he stook up while Bakugo is still hot on his tail.

Yuta knew that the competition was over and now he can use his powers just wanted to blast Bakugo but if that damn system cheated him on his reward because of this then all his hard work will be for nothing.

So he just swallow his anger and kept his distance from Bakugo who was still running behind him. Yuta on the other hand was trying to dodge the upcoming blasts from Bakugo.

Soon the result fight came through and the noisy crowd slowly quieted down.

"Fine folks, finally the wait has ended. We have the result of the final round of the sports festival.

"By the replay footage, we have seen the winner. After the judges consulted themselves. They have decided.

The one who touches the ground first will lose.

So let's announce the winner without any delay."

Present Mic seems to extending his useless explanation about the process of choosing a winner. What good is that method for the general audience and the participants, just announce the result already.

And from there came a long enough pause that Yuta was sure that he could use OFA at best and run along the entire stadium a few times before coming back, this also includes slapping that old man who gave him alcohol instead of cola and Present Mic who still haven't said who is the winner.

"The Winner is Yuta," the Present mic shouted and this brought enough cheering from the audience to make the entire stadium resound in their shout.

Yuta on the side just smiled and sat back, but it was not entirely about him wining.

Part of the reason was those Pro Heroes trapped Bakugo who was going berserk.

Another reason was that just when his became the winner, the system notification came. Making him sigh in relief.

Seeing this Yuta's eyes widened, and there was a look of disbelief in his eyes.

It almost felt like he was dreaming.

Six Styles, that is a Major Quest level reward right there. Who cares about that he has to learn them, he has enough time in his hands after this to train anyway.

And most likely he can't use them with just his bare body, he needs OFA for sure but hell yeah. Count him in baby.

Though he honestly didn't plan to actually learn all of them anyway. Maybe only 3 or 4 at the best.

Mastering a few is always better than failing at many.

Right now Yuta's eyes have already been replaced with stars. He was dreaming of his awesome Shaving and Moonwalking in the future.

"SO COOL,"

.

Soon Yuta was escorted out of place, and the teachers started to work outside of their pay grade and repair the damage done mostly by Bakugo.

Yuta had to just run back to his assigned green room and check out the Six Styles with OFA but that was when they called for the top 3 participants with the highest points to give them medals.

Well, that too took some time cause they had to bind Bakugo as he was going out of control.

Yuta really had two thoughts about just running away from here and not wasting time but no can't do it.

Apparently, the person who escorted him out temporarily so they could repair the stadium was none other than Aizawa.

There was no slipping out of there.

"I am here," Came the shout from somewhere.

This was of course All Might. He was standing on the stadium roof and he jumped up from there.

His perfect landing was not so perfect no matter how much Anime logic someone applied, physics is the same for all no matter whether hero or villain, so the recently repaired area was again smashed under his pressure.

It's his fault anyway, who told him to jump up from the stadium top, that almost 5 stories high?

"HOHO that was an excellent sports festival, young heroes. Now come here and accept your medals," All Might said and took out the bronze medal to give it to Todoroki.

"You have done really well young Todoroki. Take pride in what you have achieved today," All Might said and his tone hinting at something, others didn't notice anything but Todoroki knew what All Might was talking about. It was because of Izuku that he was able to get out of his father's shadow today.

Next was Bakugo.

"Gosh young Bakugo, you are looking as lively as ever. Here take your medal." All Might acted like he didn't even see Bakugo's being tied up there and said while picking up the silver medal for Bakugo. But just when he removed the tape from Bakugo's face he loud shout came.

"Get out of here All Might. I don't need that medal.

And you bastard, fight me again. Use your quirk. Stop playing around. You think you won by counting on out-of-bound rules, bas...." All Might was quick enough to put the medal directly in Bakugo's mouth to make him shut up.

"And lastly Young Yuta, you have done extremely well in his exam.

Though I still am confused why you didn't use your quirk again Young Bakugo here but It was still fun.

My only advice to you is that you need to stop holding back. Even in a competition like this its important that you learn how to use your quirk correctly. Let alone when fighting a villain.

Please make sure that you don't hold back as long as you are not dealing any permanent damage to the enemy.

Its essential to your growth and even your own safety." All Might said and put the golden medal around Yuta's neck.

"I understand, thanks for the advice All Might," Yuta just nodded. But internally he was thinking something else entirely.

"Laozi don't want to hold back. Is this system is the culprit which kept giving Laozi, lousy quests?" Yuta at this really wanted to act like a young master and shout at the world with irritation but he held back.
