"How could those zombies just disappear?" Geoffrey was still in disbelief as he looked around and found none of the strange zombies that had chased them all night.
"I was as surprised as you, but they did disappear. Theodore doesn't know why that happened either," Roxanne replied, shrugging her shoulders in disbelief.
"There does seem to be something strange about this forest. You'd better drive this car carefully," Geoffrey replied, glancing at Roxanne with some concern.
Roxanne only nodded slowly, then chose to give the magic scroll that Theodore had given her to Geoffrey.
"Hold onto that magic scroll. We need to use it again at 6 o'clock," Roxanne reminded Geoffrey to use the magic scroll later.
"I almost forgot we still need to use this thing. But, given that there are no more zombies chasing us, isn't there no need to use it anymore?" Geoffrey thought that they no longer needed the magic scroll.
