Throughout the night, Theodore and the others monitored the situation out there, and as the system said before, the zombies did not move at all.
The zombies only traveled around the area and showed no signs of spreading to other places. Theodore and the others finally agreed to leave their hiding place when morning came.
They only had 3 hours before leaving this place, so they used that time to make plans and practice the crossbows Theodore had given them earlier.
"Should we make an escape route?" Madeline thought it would be easy for them to escape from the streets crowded with zombies.
"It will still be difficult even if we make a specific route. I'm sure all the streets in this city are already infested with zombies, so it'll be the same no matter which way you go," Theodore replied seriously.
"Then it will be hard for our cars to survive," Cassian said, thinking about their cars' fate, which was not the type to withstand zombie attacks.
