When Theodore and Geoffrey arrived, the barracks were less crowded than usual; many people chose to leave in their own vehicles, and only a few people who did not have vehicles came to the barracks to go with the soldiers.
Theodore had yet to learn where the clinic was, so he let Geoffrey lead the way. He followed beside him while taking in his surroundings.
"There are a lot of people here. Is it because of what those north gate people did?" Theodore realized this clinic area was more crowded than other areas in this military base.
"Yes, there were more people injured that day." Geoffrey looked haggard as he spoke; he was sad that so many people were injured.
While walking towards the place where Roxanne was being treated, Theodore saw the figure of Doctor Christopher, who had not seen him for a long time. It was natural that Doctor Christopher was there because only a few doctors were on the military base.
