Theodore could see that there were quite a few people coming out of their homes or tents to see what was happening at the main base. Theodore chose to continue his journey because he did not have much time.
For a moment Theodore looked at the digital clock on the center screen inside the luxury car, it would soon be midnight he guessed that Roxanne and Geoffrey had already arrived at the north gate if they had come to join him.
And sure enough when Theodore was where the north gate was he could see the car that he and the two of them used to travel around the base.
Since Theodore saw that car, he parked it not far from the car Roxanne was driving, then walked out of his car to approach them directly.
"Roxanne, it's me!" Theodore tapped on the car window to let them know he was coming.
Theodore could see that the window was lowered quickly, and he could see Roxanne behind the disappearing window.
