After a lengthy discussion, the three of them agreed to only hand over household appliances, some iron bars, as well as cement and building materials that Theodore had prepared. To avoid suspicion, Theodore also put some food supplies in the trunk of their car.
So after the soldiers came to their car, Theodore immediately showed their loot to the soldiers who came to collect their 20% tax.
