"What if he's right?" Kael asked, his tone changing to a calm and condescending one. "We never can tell. Maybe we should find Amelia first or what do you say we do?"
Alex picked his biscuits up again and had a quick bite on one before he said, "The same happened with Jason. Remember?"
"That one was real!" Kael said back.
"Oh please!" Kael chided, shrugging a bit. "That was what you told me before you took me to the grove."
"Ahem!" Emma cleared her throat, disrupting Kael from giving Alex another reply. "What are you guys talking about? Jason, grove, fight…what is all that? What are you not telling me?" She asked, her eyebrows furrowing a little, wondering what exactly both boys were talking about.
"I would advise you not to listen to any words that come out of Kael's mouth Emma. It seems he is learning how to be a professional bluffer from Winnie." Alex chuckled, his voice filled with amusement as he tried to dissuade Emma from listening to Kael.
