Mia looked at her son as if he were a ghost; she blinked her eyes and opened her mouth to refute but before she could do that, Killian rose to his feet and walked to her side.
"Is this true? You slept with Jeremy and lied to me?" Killian questioned. Only he knew how heartbroken he was when he found that he had slept with Mia; however, as the man of the Nelson family, he knew better than to shirk responsibilities.
Thus, he broke up with his lover and married Mia. However, not once did he doubt her; to think all the things she told and said to him were lies!
