"If anything," Nicolai threw his head back and looked down at her. "I should be asking you, what you did in the past few weeks; why were you with that preppy boy?"
"You are crazy." Ariana started to smile a little as she shook her head. "I don't have the habit of chasing anyone."
"You obviously do," Nicolai pointed out and she sighed.
"I wouldn't have... if it wasn't you, call me crazy if you want to."

Nicolai felt like his heart was going to swell and burst with pride. He smiled at her before saying, "Then what does this mean?"
"You are staying right?"
Ariana raised her arms and threw them around his neck as she kissed him on the lips. Nicolai heard a sigh of resignation as she did so but that didn't matter, as the only thing that mattered was that Ariana was going to stay.
