"And yet you still want to drag me to that party?" Ari was trying hard to understand the reason behind Leila's actions. But no matter how hard she tried to bully her brains into understanding Leila's reasons, she couldn't.
With something else on her mind, she could no longer think of Mrs. Harlow's death. Though she was no longer thinking about the death of the woman, the thoughts and memories were not completely erased from her head.
She knew that the police were still looking for clues, even though Aaron had called her about the disappearance of Mrs. Harlow, and Ari had no idea what to say to him regarding this matter.
It was a relief that Leila had called her.
