She paused and added with a small smile, "However, do you know something, Mrs Nelson?"
"What do you want to say, Miss Harlow?" Mrs Mia questioned with the tiniest frown in between her brows.
"It's nothing," Ariana answered in a calm voice. "It's just that even if I am a small doctor, in case I save someone's life—— it will be I who will be called his saviour, his family and loved ones shall thank me."
