"Regina," Inez greeted the woman in a clipped voice. She did not raise her voice nor did she give the woman the pleasure to see her crazed state.
"How are you?" Regina asked as if they were bosom friends. "The last time I saw you was three months ago, am I right?"
"I don't know," Inez answered as she stepped past Regina. "I have a bad habit of forgetting those who are insignificant to me." Her long blonde hair fluttered behind her as the enchanting petals of roses swept past her valiant figure.
Nadia and Zena followed Inez without even looking at Regina whose face turned livid. Why was this woman still so proud? What was she even proud of?!
Inside the greenhouse, Mrs Nelson was speaking to the rest of the women.
