As Kenji quickly ran down the dark hallway he was met with, a spiralled staircase that extended towards hell and heaven. Before the group split up Taori had told everyone that the research facility was hidden underground under the tower. But now that he was by himself, he was free to make whatever choice he wanted.
Remembering the suffering that Taori and many others had been put through by this man, he shouted towards the heavens, "BOTAN!! ITS TIME YOU MET YOUR END!"
In great haste, he quickly climbed up the stairs to try to confront the man. After climbing for what seemed like decades, he quickly kicked down a barred steel door revealing an unlit hallway littered with black hooded men that kneeled to the ground.
Kenji preparing for a fight, raised his fists. However, the men still kneeling remained unflinching. Realizing that they didn't want to fight, he quickly walked past them without letting up his guard.
As he quickly manoeuvred around them he was met with a large red wooden door, similar to the one from outside the gate. As he prepared to open the door, suddenly it opened by itself, revealing a grand throne room decorated, in gold and red.
Before him, however, was a set of large stairs that left up to a singular, gold and red throne at the top. On it sat a light-haired large man, with an extremely muscular physique. He wore a dark kimono that was secured by a light sash.
He then shouted, "I was waiting for Xiaoyu to return to me with EDEN, but I guess you will make some fine entertainment for me."
Kenji responded, "So that must mean that you are Botan???"
As he then responded, "So what if I am??? You have come here to do battle have you not?"
Understanding who he was currently facing Kenji pulled out a single heavy Braweler Gauntlet fit for close combat. It was red but the hard black pads ran from his knuckle up to his elbow.
This gauntlet was a weapon that he picked up from a Tool store before today. The gauntlets he used from the school always broke whenever he used a black flash, but these could withstand up to 3 of his black flashes.
As he readied himself he shouted, "You are a cancer to society. I won't just defeat you as a Jujutsu Sorcerer but as Taoris' friend!"
Just as he did, a massive tree root, erupted from the ground, before slamming into Kenji. He quickly guarded, but the heavy attack sent him flying, into one of the pillars, and then crashing towards a wall. As he did so he shouted in surprise, "A tree root?? This high in the sky???"
As he quickly got back to his feet Botan began to clap while laughing, "You're quite durable aren't you?" As he did he slowly took off the sleeve of his Kimono while winding back his left arm. As he did powerful killing intent, radiated off him.
As it reached Kenji he suddenly became paralyzed due to the fear. It felt as if he was being dissected alive. However, he charged towards Botan regardless of the pain he was feeling.
He jumped towards, Botan while preparing a black flash. Just before he could make contact though, a massive tree root blocks his attack. It was unable to withstand the hit as it blew into pieces almost immediately, but now a small crack began to form in one of his gauntlets.
The bottom half of the broken root quickly extended before wrapping around his fist. Botan then pointed towards a wall with two fingers, which caused the root, to fly into it, breaking the wall down, by using Kenji as a battering ram. It threw him into what seemed to be a giant tree, that rested in the centre of the whole tower.
Botan with surprising agility jumps to him to deliver a powerful gut punch which Kenji had no choice but to take, causing him to gasp for air.
As he dug his hand into his chest, Botan said, "My Cursed Technique is Agrokinesis. Using, it grew this massive tree which serves as a support for this tower. I can force it to grow into smaller branches which I can control freely to attack others."
As he said this he threw a flurry of punches into Kenji's stomach, as he struggled to gasp for air. Then grabbing onto his neck, the hold that the trees had on him suddenly weakened and let go of their target. Botan then dragged, Kenji by the neck while still assisted by the tree, all the way into the ceiling of the Tower.
As the two broke through, Botan threw Kenji high into the sky until he was quickly caught by the neck, using the tree's tip. As Kenji hanged from the sky barely maintaining consciousness, Botan told him, "I heard from Mitsuki that the two of you were quite close. I wonder, if she sees your dead corpse then maybe she might finally release the Muramasas' true power?"
As he said that sudden energy surged from Kenji as he shouted, while struggling to remove the tree's grip on him. Botan then said while taunting him, "The tree branches that I control are enhanced with my Cursed Energy. Breaking them with your pathetic amount will not save you."
As he struggled for freedom he slowly felt himself, falling into unconsciousness yet he heard a loud and powerful shout come from the earth below.
Omo-sensei shouted, "Kenji!?"
Seeing his student in great danger, he made a powerful leap onto the first floor of the tower. And then with great speed and strength, he climbed all the way to the top in a matter of seconds, thanks to the buff of his transformation.
As he jumped onto the roof, he quickly tore apart, the tree root that restrained, Kenji in one swipe, greatly surprising Botan. As Kenji slid down onto the roof, Omo immediately turned his attention to the still-present, Daihatsu leader.
Omo quickly dashed towards him faster than Botan was able to escape from. Then with great force, he delivered a powerful punch sending him flying from the roof of the tower all the way to the ground below. He quickly tried to summon more tree roots from the tower to try and catch him, however, Omo jumped down on top of him, accelerating the two down to the ground, causing a great impact and making a cloud of dust.
As quickly as the storm was created, Omo jumped away from it while still transformed, as multiple thick tree roots the size of small buildings emerged from where the two landed. The echo of Botan then shouted, "You fool! Bringing me this close to the earth was a great mistake! I only made that tree in the tower out of convenience, but now that we are on the earth I can bring out the full potential of my technique."
As the dust cloud cleared, it revealed the massive titan similar to Akumus' Black titan transformation, except this one was made out of wood. In the place of its eyes was a great Yellow glow, that emanated pure power.
"Extension Technique: Woodland God Armour."
As it slowly arose from the ground, it took a great step towards Omo. The beast teacher quickly jumped to try to end the fight quickly
The wooden titan outstretched its right arm to try to grab Omo, however, the beast teacher easily sliced its fingers off with his claws. He then ran up on top of the beast's arms, to try to take out its head, however much smaller but thick wooden branches wrapped around his legs dragging him to the destroyed hand.
Before Omo could escape, the tree giant wrapped, many layers of vines and Branches around him, even extending his right arm into a whip-like state. Then with Omo still in hand, it made a mighty throw towards the Daihatsu walls, while throwing Omo causing a sonic boom.
As Omo crashed into it, he created a massive crater, while coughing up litres of blood. As he fell to the floor, he struggled to stand back up from the nausea.
As Botan slowly approached him he shouted, "Once I show you and that boy's corpse to Taori, I wonder what kind of power she would gain?"
As if to shut him up, Kenji appears while still falling from the roof. As he lands on the back of the titan's head, he uses the momentum, to increase the power of the black flash that he lands, instantly obliterating its head.
In that brief moment of victory, Kenji lightens up thinking that he defeated him, but then suddenly, the torso of the tree wraps around the still-falling Kenji, before throwing him right next to Omo.
As Kenji struggled to stand back up he asked Omo, "Do you sense it?"
Omo responded, "Yes I can. He can't move his main body as fast as Akumu can, so it should be possible."
As Botan reformed his head, he declared, "No matter what kind of plan you two form. You are still destined to die for the sake of my future rule."
Omo then told Kenji, "I can only stay in this state for a minute or so. I will try to tear as big of a hole as I can to his chest. Once I expose it make sure that you land, the strongest Black Flash that you have ever thrown."
As he said this, Kenji tightened the grip on his gauntlet that threatened to shatter on its next impact.
