Akumu charged up a
"You could use a Domain Expansion without the hand sign? And your abnormally fast too." Akumu stated.
She simply replied, "I don't enjoy revealing all the cards in my hand."
As she said that the 22 Cards had spawned behind her. Akumu quickly tried to conjure his cursed energy but it seemed like it was being restricted somehow. As he struggled to move one of the cards flew into Marias' hand. She then spoke,
"How Unfortunate for you, I appear to have drawn the Justice."
As the Domain collapsed the card in her hand glowed a bright purple color as it flew into the sky behind her, transforming into a giant golden scale. Akumu attempted to fire another piercing black attack however, it was seemingly absorbed onto its left side. Maria then began to speak,
"These are the Judgement scales of the Justice Arcana. On its left side, it will accumulate all the evil you have committed and on its right, it will accumulate the good. If the right side outweighs the left you will be rewarded for your good actions however in the opposite scenario... Let's just say you won't enjoy it."
A bright light then flashed under Akumu as it traveled upwards and towards the scales. Eventually, they split into a black-and-white light that flew to their respective sides of the scales. Unfortunately for him, the left side had far outweighed the right.
A pair of invisible bells had begun ringing, creating a sound that pierced Akumus' ears. As he collapsed on the floor he grabbed his ears while shouting, not even shielding his ears with cursed energy could protect him from this sound. Eventually, his world went dark as he fell unconscious.
He eventually re-awoke to the wooden texture of a school desk, as his long-dead teacher gave a long lesson on the history of his country. He wondered where he was before realizing, this was Sugisawa Municipal High School. The place he went to before Senjuro had totaled it.
He immediately gets up screaming while stunning the class as he rushes out of the room. There was no way this would be possible right? He ran for what seemed like hours as he traversed the diverse halls of the mundane school. He then stood outside two double doors while panting nervously. He muttered under his breath,
"There is no way this could be possible, right?"
As he swung open the doors another classroom filled with students who were supposed to be dead filled the room. Everyone turned to him wondering why this person had barged in during their lesson, and that was when a creepy yet familiar voice whispered to him from one end of the room. He said,
"Akumu-Kun? What are you doing here dude?"
It was Dojima Misoto, his long-dead best friend. As he kneeled onto the floor he began crying uncontrollably while shouting, "Your alive? Thank goodness it was all just a dream."
Later that day on the school roof, Akumu told him about the horrible nightmare that he had, but Misoto kept laughing as he continued,
"Jujutsu Sorcerery?? Tarot Cards?? Cursed Techniques?? You read way too much manga.", he shouted. he then slapped the guy on the back while stating confidently, "Even if this school were to get involved in a terror attack there is no way I would die."
Eventually, a girl with short brown hair that reached to her shoulders also entered the roof, upon seeing Akumu she immediately ran over to him before giving him a strong bonk on the head as she shouted,
"What do you think you're doing running out of classes like that? If you keep doing stuff like this people are going to start thinking that I'm dating a weirdo."
This person was Yukiko whom Akumu had been dating for the last year. In the short time that they had met the two had plenty of great and loving memories of each other.
Akumu slowly began to accept this new reality. The temporary memories of that strange dream that he had, had almost drifted away. The only thing that he could remember now was the face of a certain man with a surgery scar across his forehead, and a beautiful teal-haired girl.
Later that day the three parted ways to go off in their own directions. As Misoto walked off into the horizon, Yukiko quickly kissed Akumu on the cheek before running off to her own home.
Like once before Akumu walked past a large building that had remained under construction for the last 15 years since his birth. Its purpose had never been defined. It was almost as if something crucial was missing.
Eventually, as he arrived home, he was once again welcomed by the bright smiles of his younger sister and brother. Unlike him, however, they had inherited his mother's bright white hair. As the two hugged him tightly he felt an odd sensation that he hadn't felt in a long while, It was almost as if he had found something that had been missing from his life for a long while.
As he walked past the open kitchen he found his mother quickly preparing the table for them to eat. His mother then spoke out to him,
"Why don't you go and wake your father up from the couch?"
As he did so he found his muscular father sitting upright on the couch while still somehow fast asleep. As he looked on the TV screen, he saw that he had been watching this year's Olympics that had been taking place in Russia. The famous Athlete Gojo Owari representing the Japanese Team was about to win his 5th Gold medal in the 200-meter sprint.
As he pushed his father awake he had a sudden sense of fam3xiliarity, it was as if this was the first time that he had touched him in a long while. As the black-haired man woke up he weakly told his son,
"5 more minutes..."
Realizing that his attempt was futile he retreated to the comfort of his bedroom where he would transform out of his uniform into his default outfit. As he exited his room he discovered that all the lights had been turned off.
He jokingly tried to sense the cursed energy of his family members but of course, there was nothing there.
As he walked down the hallway and the stairs there was only pitch darkness. He tried to navigate the invisible walls for the lights but there was nothing there, until shockingly two warm hands covered each of his eye sockets as a familiar voice whispered into his ear,
"Guess Who?"
Shocked he asked, "What are you doing here Yukiko?"
Then as she let go the lights suddenly turned back on revealing his parent's siblings, and even the whole Dojima family standing behind what seemed to be a giant chocolate cake on a mahogany table. On it, laid candles that read the number 16. They all shouted,
"Happy Birthday Akumu!"
Tears began to stream down his face as he realized that today was his birthday. As he cried he shouted,
"Thank you, everyone."
As the giant family celebrated Akumu finally went in to blow out his candles. He then picked up the knife to cut the cake. As everyone recorded him piercing the cake with the knife he suddenly felt a strong dent. All of a sudden a large explosion emerged from the cake sending the young man flying. As he did so the happy home that he had resided in collapsed to the ground crushing everyone beneath it.
