After coming to house,Itsuke decided to decide to create breathing method based on poison based on his creation five elemental breathing with combination of techniques like fire breathing techniques,water breathing technique,rock breathing technique,wind breathing technique and lightning breathing technique.
Isutuke decided to create poison breathing technique because of his poison immunity and external soulbone poison usage to get more control over poisons and continuous poison cultivation without effecting his daily life.
Itsuke first use the system simulation to raise the poison breathing technique to same level as his five elemental breathing technique that is to level of perfect ultimate level and decided to combine his five elemental breathing technique with poison breathing technique.
Finally through continuous failure and adjustment, Itsuke combined the five elemental breathing technique and poisoned breathing technique and named this technique as five elemental poisoned breathing technique.
After creating of this technique , Itsuke tried this breath technique and he felt six energy are gathered towards his body like fire ,water,earth,wind, lightning and poisond energies and Itsuke felt no disturbance because of additional energy but this additional poisoned energy is felt smoother.
Itsuke can practice soul power anytime or anywhere with breathing technique because every time he breathe , the breathing technique automatically cultivate soul power according to to breathing he cultivate and because of five elemental poison technique, itsuke cultivate five elements and poison attribute every time he breaths.
