Aaron clicked his tongue and then approached faster and soon felt the smell of something strong in the air… when he got close enough to see things there, he saw a random man with his throat melted alongside his hands… there were two things in his hands that melted as well, but it was impossible to identify now… one seemed like a glass bottle, and the other was something made of wood…
"Fucking bastard…" Aaron thought and then began to drag the body outside. "At least this confirms that the mastermind has some allies."
If Aaron's guess was right… the wooden thing was being used to control the monsters, so dealing with them should be easier now… however, he still hurried to help Laila's group… on the other side of the fortress, Aaron saw them fighting the magma golems, but they were no longer on a single spot, they were spreading around looking for more targets. Without wasting time, Aaron began to explode the heads from behind.
