Aaron left the village and then decided to keep heading north. Still, he soon stopped on a grove to rest for a bit, at least until morning… he was exhausted, after all.
When the sun was rising, Aaron opened his eyes suddenly and then raised his guard… the memories of the previous night were still vivid in his mind. That being said, it wouldn't be weird if the people of that world were to try to kill him in his sleep… he was becoming more and more a monster from their point of view, after all.
"I still can't feel that much guilt over it.." Aaron said and then sighed. "I suppose this is better than getting overly depressed."
In any case, Aaron resumed his journey, but this time, he decided to follow the road while keeping his whole body hidden under his cloak. Only those who get too close will be able to identify him, and that will be a good chance to get rid of possible enemies as well.
