Max and Elly found themselves in the dark plains again, being met by the sight of the desolate land, burnt ground and dark sky, everything that announced this place was bad news.
It had not been this long since they teleported to the forbidden library, actually less than an hour, so it wasn't surprising that nothing had changed as no demons were present around here anymore.
"Let's get going," Max told Elly, and she nodded, rather eager to run away from this place, in case the general Gavril of the demon king was still around these parts lurking, he could still remember that aura around him, and although he didn't feel any type of fear toward him, he still didn't like that feeling of being powerless.
They had a lot of time to spare, two weeks to be exact, but they needed to be careful and check if the demon king general was still camping outside.
