Max was walking through the hallways of the palace, heading towards the training ground as he expected the heroes, Lilia and Elly to be there, maybe they weren't, but it would honestly surprise him as it was 2 pm, the heroes shouldn't be slacking off either as the forces of evil are growing though, right?
He perfectly remembered the path they had taken the first time, so the fact the castle was enormous didn't reveal itself to be a challenge anymore, instead, he followed the small signs he remembered like the portraits, statues, and corridors with some small things, enough for him to follow the right direction.
And just like that, he arrived at the doors leading to the training ground, and opened them, he could see one of the heroes battle another one, probably doing one-on-ones, and proving to him that the term "break" didn't exist for the otherworlders, at least not now as they needed to increase their powers.
