With a brilliant flash of pink light, Max was whisked away from the danger that surrounded him. His body was enveloped in a magical circle, crafted by the powerful 'Goddess of Fate', and transported to a faraway location, saved from the wrath of the God of Chaos
As he landed on solid ground, his legs wobbled slightly as he took a moment to catch his breath and process what had just occurred.
'You know the goddess of fate?' He asked his divination, surprised he was able to call another deity to save him.
[I have my connections as well, Host, I am not hated by everybody after all]
'At least we're safe now,' he sighed, closing his eyes and looking up to the sky.
[Um… not so safe, Host]

Max looked down, and instead of the open plain or field he expected, he found himself surrounded by towering buildings and bustling crowds of people with shocked expressions on their faces.
