Inside a warehouse, several gangsters with knives and machetes stood before a young man with medium-long black hair and a dashing face bearing a mischievous charm.
The young man was none other than the nineteen-year-old Aeron.
A self-proclaimed peacemaker.
'Where~ are~ you~? Oh darling where~ are~ you? I miss you~ so o o much~,' Aeron glanced around while singing opera song in his head and completely ignored the gangsters.
He was bound to a chair with ropes, with no hopes of escaping by himself. But there was not even a hint of worry in his bright sunset-colored eyes.
"Brat, why were you snooping around our base? Who sent you here?" the leader of the gangster licked his knife's blade while grinning as he approached Aeron. "If you don't answer me truthfully, I will skin you alive."
His bald head shone as the sunlight fell from the warehouse ceiling's cracks.
However, Aeron completely disregarded the infamous Tiger Claw, a well-known gangster in Silverstar City.
'I know you are looking at me…' Aeron glanced around the warehouse while calling out in his mind. 'Don't worry. I am your friendly neighborhood ghost-friend. I can give you peace, so people in this area also get peace from these scums.'
"Hey, brat! Look at me!" He was a bald man with a tiger tattoo on his head. "You really think there are some ghosts who will help you?!"
"Hahaha, boss. I think this guy has a screw loose."
"He definitely has a screw loose! When this bastard was caught, he told us that if we didn't surrender to the police, then we would be hunted by ghosts! Bwahahahah."
The other gangsters laughed at Aeron while speaking, their amusement increasing since none of them considered Aeron a threat to them.
Aeron rolled his eyes at Tiger Claw before particularly glancing at his shining bald head, "Denying the existence of ghosts is the same as saying that a bald man has lush, silky hair."
"You…!" Tiger Claw's face turned livid and pointed his knife at Aeron threateningly.
But adding with a snort, Aeron continued, "You better let me go and confess your crimes or you will be haunted with a deadly curse."
Right after Aeron spoke, a chill crawled down his spine, and Aeron finally saw the gaze he was feeling…right behind the shining baldy.
It was the headless body of a girl in her late twenties wearing a tattered office uniform, stained with blood and broken flesh on her arms and legs.
The gaze came from her head that she held in her hand. The pair of blood-red eyes streaming red tears looked at Aeron from behind the bald man.
Nobody could see her except for him.
Tiger Claw suddenly saw Aeron smiling brightly, but…not at him.
'Where is this bastard looking at ?'
Aeron's bright smile was directed at the girl, "Hi. Nice to meet you, beauty. I'm here for you."
"For your revenge."
"For your peace."
"So use me and get salvation."
Tiger Claw was fuming and decided to teach Aeron a lesson. "Let's see if you can continue to speak after I cut off your hand!"
Raising his hand, he intended to stab the knife into Aeron's thigh.
However, his raised hand was suddenly stopped by a strange force. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't move his hand.
Meanwhile, Aeron felt a strange feeling and weakness. Having a unique power and spirituality since his childhood after the tragic car accident, Aeron could see ghosts and interact with them.
Meanwhile, the strange phenomenon naturally scared the infamous Tiger Claw as he stumbled backward before falling on his butt.
"W-w-w-wwhat…"
"What did you do?!"
"Boss, what happened? Why are you looking so scared?"
Tiger Claw's lips trembled as he saw a different scenery than the rest.
"Y-You are that woman…"
Aeron smiled, but it only scared Tiger Claw more since Aeron didn't look normal in his eyes.
Aeron chuckled. "Tell me, what is your dream?"
"D-Dream?"
"En," Aeron nodded with a grin. "Everyone has dreams, right?"
The other gangsters naturally couldn't just watch.
"Hey, brat! Prepare to die!"
One of the gangsters suddenly dashed towards Aeron, fully intending to cut Aeron with the machete in his hand.
Tiger Claw froze and watched. 'What will happen…'
The others also followed up, but the moment this one gangster entered within one meter of Aeron, something strange happened.
Everyone, even a few pairs of hidden eyes, witnessed the gangster's head suddenly separating from his neck as if a big maw bit it off.
The other gangsters paused, their legs turning weak and their minds turning blank from shock.
All of them stumbled on the ground in panic as blood splattered around and the head rolled on the ground several meters away.
In the next second, the gangster's limbs were pulled off.
This phenomenon and sight naturally scared Tiger Claw and others.
Tiger Claw screamed and hysterically dragged his ass away from Aeron. His pants' status changed from dry to wet, and a foul smell spread.
'Seriously?' Aeron rolled his eyes.
However, it wasn't really Tiger Claw's fault for seeing such a horror. It was the aura surrounding Aeron that turned into the woman he and his gang had sexually assaulted and killed a month ago.
But here, she transformed into a giant form with her sharp teeth, long nails, and ghastly black appearance.
She sprung up from Aeron as she shredded the gangster into pieces while Tiger Claw's body froze in terror, and he buried his head on the ground, falling into despair.
"You can't even tell me your dream in this status," Aeron sighed after looking at Tiger Claw's expression and seeing his despairing eyes, Aeron wryly smiled, "A smart idiot. It seems that you understand your situation."
Aeron slapped Tiger Claw's head and rubbed his bald head, "That's right. There's no forgiveness for you even if you beg for your life."
Tiger Claw spasmed with ragged breath, his eyes despaired, and his body covered in cold sweat.
"Your head is the baldest I've seen so far," Aeron grinned.
What happened next was the same treatment to Tiger Claw as the other gangsters—Aeron let the ghost take her revenge.
After everything was over, the woman's spiritual form started turning white from black, as if some mysterious force was cleansing her.
In a few seconds, she turned into her appearance before she was assaulted when she was alive—in her blue office uniform.
'Thank you..for giving me…peace.'
Aeron smiled at the lady and waved his hand, "Good luck in your next life."
The woman left with ghostly joyful tears as some faint white light pulled her up a few meters before vanishing.
"Now then…" Aeron stretched his arms before looking up at the ceiling and smiling as he looked at a particular spot.
"Ladies and gentlemen, may I request you descend and grace me with your presence?"
